Location, location! And the size of the room! The comfort to have a small kitchen in it!

The evening lady at the front desk was not nice and seem more worry about her phone than to bother and press the bottom to open the door to us, when we were coming back on hot day outside and try to open the door but was sweating a lot she seem upset about it, and said don’t forget that you have the key to open yourselves it! I might be busy so try to be used to it, but her tone of voice seem upset about it! She wasn’t nice and not friendly an all!

The place is located right off of Quinta, but still very quiet. I’m a light sleeper but slept great here. Both the night staff and day time staff are beyond friendly and helpful, they all also speak really good English. The room is amazingly spacious and so is the bathroom. It is very thoughtfully equipped with plenty of power outlets, a huge smart TV, WiFi working great, and there are even lights in the closet. Mentioning this to show that they pay attention to the details here. The balcony is big enough to sit outside in the evening and enjoy the sunset (if your room is out to the front). The rooftop pool area is nice for a day away from the trouble at the beach. Our room was on the third floor, there was an elevator that worked well and was fast. There is a 7eleven right across the street (24/7) and in the evenings you get the best Marquesitas (rolled crepe-like sweet dish) at the local food stall opposite the hotel. It was overall the best place we stayed in during our trip.

The location was unmatched for this unit, close to everything on 5th ave and walkable to all restaurants and shops around. The room was very clean and they provided extra clean linens and towels when requested. This was a +

The room I had was on the ground floor, there was outside noise that could be heard occasionally from trucks doing work behind the room; you could hear everything and anyone coming in and out of the building as it is close to the stairway and elevator. The room also lucked on natural light. Ear plugs helped with this, but the Wifi was spotty and dropped occasionally. Good place though

Clean, spacious room with a Big TV. Elevator to get to the rooftop mini-pool area. Staff are OK-friendly. Not super outgoingly positive but far from rude or uninterested either. Great location. Big Soriana shop about 10 minute walk away, 5 minutes from the beach. 1 minute walk to the main walking street. No outside noise. Never had any issues with the hot water, air-conditioning, wifi or electricity. Daily house cleaning. Kitchenette has microwave, stove, small fridge and a few utensils.

Bed a bit hard. Spa Bath could have done with a bit of a spruce up. Deluxe Double Room is on the first floor so no view, and because of the walls there isn't a great deal of natural light.

Great location, very clean rooms with everything needed. Everything is fresh and renovated. We had a very comfortable stay all 6 days. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The perfect location. Close to the ferry, the bus terminal, the beach, the main attraction, and supermarkets. Amazing and friendly stuff, any problem you have will be fixed instantly. Spacious apartments, affordable for the location and they clean apartments daily. I booked a stay here 3 or 4 times, and this will always be my go-to place in Playa del Carmen.

It's the perfect place to stay in Playa del Carmen. I may have stayed in 5 different apartments in 2 vacations here. I switched apartments once because the AC stopped working. They changed my apartment instantly.

Very nice apartment in a safe. building and a great location. Easy to walk to restaurants and beach and lots of all types of stores nearby. Regular cleaning and generally a quiet atmosphere on the 2nd floor.

The Coffee. Pot did work as it required a filter and they did not supply one and could not get me one. Plus, I looked a numerous stores and couldn't buy any so I had to improvise it and often made a mess. For an 8 Day stay, this is unacceptable and unless they provide a working coffee pot, I would not stay here again as most places obviously do provide one.

Nice spacious rooms with small kitchen area and fridge. Good location in a quiet street, despite being so central and close to Av. 5 and 10. I would stay there again.

Though we didn’t have noise from outside, you can hear people going in and out of their rooms in the hallways - nothing crazy, but bring earplugs if you are very sensitive to sounds. There was not a lot of pressure in the large showerhead The Balcony was facing a wall, so don’t expect a nice view.

The room was really lovely, even better than pictured. My priority is always water temperature and pressure and this shower hit the mark. The space was very big and the kitchenette area was a bonus. This room was between the beach and main street activities, perfectly placed. The staff was helpful with recommendations and check in was easy once we got there.

Free parking was great, but it is not on the property. It is a short walk away on another property. The hotel entrance is actually on a pedestrian only street- which we loved once we got there- but finding our way there in the dark and trying to figure out how to check in for parking directions when you can't park...was a bit crazy.
