The property is gorgeous and the rooms look exactly like they do in the photos. The pool was wonderful and refreshing.

The property is very remote and in the middle of nothing. The staff were either not very well trained or over worked and didn’t have enough time to attend to everyone particularly at the restaurant. Whenever we needed something they would ignore us or take a very long time to get it (even the bill). We were told by one of our drivers that it’s a new hotel so I think they just need to hire more staff to match the atmosphere you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

The Pool area and rooms are absolutely amazing and it was one of the nicest hotels I have ever been (and we did travel a lot). As well the daily Yoga classes are a highlight! 😊 The hotel is very good located and close to Tulum Central.

The drinks at the hotel bar were good, however very pricy, on top I would have hoped the pool we had in front of our Suite would have been cleaned every day, at some point it got rather dirty and wasnt nice to use. Furthermore when checking out a service fee was questionned, suggestion was 10% of costs for our whole stay. Generally we dont have issues at all to pay for Service and we have been giving 15% tip on every single order we have made during our stay in that hotel. However, the attitude when asking and how unfriendly the lady at the desk and the manager became after we asked what exactly this fee is for was highly unprofessional. So or so paying those fees was not mandatory, but for us, how this whole service charge was brought across, was absolutely not nice and unprofessionell.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were pleasant. The pool area is beautiful and has plenty of spaces for lounging. The pool beds are comfortable and plenty of towels around to put on them. The bar area is nice and the lunch was delicious - really enjoyed the cocktails, chicken sandwich and the chicken tacos! Our room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Loved the little seating area and the bed was so comfortable. The aircon was great. Enjoyed our outdoor patio area and private plunge pool.

For a luxury hotel I thought a few things could be improved on. They had no herbal teas at all - as someone who can't drink caffeine I was a bit disappointed. The shower in the room is nice but it is outdoors - the door out to it isn't sealed like the front door so bugs and mosquitos did get in our room - makes the bug screen on the main sliding door kind of pointless. It's only a 15 minute walk to Tulum town but it's first down a bumpy dirt road and then the main road. The main road had plenty of people walking up and down it so that didn't bother us but the 5 minutes of unlit dirt road full of potholes needs to be improved. That said, we had no problem with taxis going up and down it.

Loved the Tulum boho style decor, bed was like a cloud, spa, yoga, pool areas are all beautiful! Nice ambiance, we enjoyed the chill vibe. Breakfast was great too with lots of options from Mexican food to avocado toasts.

Felt a little bit overpriced, but everything in Tulum does. The women at reception should frankly be replaced. Both check-in and checkout was very slow, grumpy, made us feel unwelcome. Not exactly what you would expect when paying this much for a room. The location is a bit remote but we had a scooter so no problem. There is a great Thai restaurant walking distance!

Staff, location, breakfast(French Toast), and the burger is a MUST!

Pool rules(I stood in the pool one night because it was hot and I was asked to get out; 2 of the employees even boo'ed at their coworker), the pool outside room didn't work, drink and dinner options should be better(No corona beer in Mexico is insane), asking for an additional tip at checkout when you tipping already is not kosher.

All the food, amenities, location as well as cleanliness and service was exceptional!

Thank you for asking this question. After a stay to remember and encourage others to experience, upon checkout we are presented with the option to tip the entire facility with a 20% or some percentage tip with an explanation as to what it is for. Most staying at a property of this type can probably afford a tip of any percentage. Something of this type should most assuradely be presented initially rather than as the last impression before driving away. Just my thought

This place is so comfortable and peaceful, it's impossible not to relax!! Truly a paradise!! I loved that my room had a private garden and direct entrance to the pool! Decorations were very modern and zen-like to inspire relaxation. The bed was so comfortable that I had to ask the staff about the mattress. The food was excellent! They had a variety of traditional Mexican food and fusion Mediterranean. Staff and service was very friendly and gave us great tips about the area! I do recommend having mosquito repellent in the evenings and night. Overall, Tulum is a great place to get away from the daily hustle without compromising comfort!

I got bitten by some mosquitos, but it's mosquito season. The good thing was that I had repellent and I was able to be comfortable the rest of my stay.

During my time here I decided to explore the area. The whole hotel is surrounded by jungle it was so beautiful. With how serene it is I was surprised to see a few restaurants and even a gym right down the block. I also saw a lot of new development and construction and noticed that the whole area was pretty new. It seems like a lot of Tulum is still developing. I thought I would be bothered by the noise of the construction but inside the hotel it stayed quiet and peaceful. I really liked the convenience and how quick it was to travel to the town and the beach. Muare is in the perfect distance between both and still deep enough in the jungle to have an escape from the busyness of life. I was so happy during my stay here, I will be back.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, the interior was amazing and all the details were so well thought of!! Total paradise! It was private and peaceful which we really liked! Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very delicious and quite big, perfect to start your day with. The spa was super chic and the morning yoga classes were the perfect extra add on.

The location was ok if you do need a bike, scooter or take a taxi but they are very expensive! we had a scooter for a few day which was great but the roads near the hotel are not great and quite dark. sadly we thought the prices of food and drinks were too high and also the hotel price was more than price of a hotel we stayed in on the beach. Also housekeeping was a bit strange, they were great but a bit random as one day they came in at 8.30pm while we were in! Unfortunately our private pool was too dirty to get in and it was not cleaned

Beautiful restaurant and bar area directly next to the pool! Service was great, rooms amazing with outdoor showers and private pool! Food was excellent.

The tab water was badly contaminated after the second day, probably because of a previous storm. Weird breakfast concept where only a small portion of the menue was included the rest could be ordered as “extras”. It’s better to take the rate without breakfast and then eat à la carte. The road to the hotel is mentioned a lot as it is really not in a great state. However that is the case of literally every road in Mexico, and it was managable with our standard two wheel drive sedan!
