I loved how clean the property was at all times. Throughout the day you could see the pool getting cleaned or windows, made me feel like the property is well managed. The staff was so helpful, no matter what time of day or what was asked they assisted the best way possible. The staff was so pleasant as well. Breakfast was offered daily, it was limited to just about the same thing daily with a few changes, but very convenient and good. Everything was fresh like it was picked out of a garden. The property is small and was not noisy. The most noise would be the occasional chickens or birds, maybe a car here and there, but nothing out of the ordinary. I experienced the Temazcal which was a unique and informative experience. The experience by the spa was amazing. The hotel room was very nice and was as pictured. Overall the property was worth it. The location was not too far, but taxi availability was only a text away. I felt safe at the location as well. The bathroom was awesome, there were a lot of organic items to bathe and care for your body. I read many reviews that gave me mixed reviews about this property, but until you experience it you would know if its for you. I loved it here and would recommend for anyone that wants a simple, quiet place while visiting.

The only issue was the bed, it was not too comfortable.

Arturo at the front desk was very welcoming and showed us around including the hotels own little cenote! The area is only a 10 min walk from the main strip and there are taxis outside most of the time. The hotel itself is luxury there are 3 or 4 lovely pools (one may be a small child's pool) but a lot of the rooms have their own small deep pool with jets to relax. The beds are very comfy and you can cook and store food in the fridge. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choice and was delicious! Eggs, sausages, fruit, Mexican food, pancakes what more do you need! Was a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to come back again. 🔥

I love the location, the staff were absolutely lovely, attentive and friendly!!!! The room was clean, cozy and the beds were amazingly comfortable! The hotel has awesome amenities as well...I highly recommend this place to anyone staying there. Thank you so much to the staff at Waves for an incredible experience for my much-needed holiday!

Loved everything! Such a nice and relaxing hotel. The penthouse apartment was fantastic. Everything spotless clean. The pools were lovely and very clean. Nice fitness room. Great breakfast! Kind and helpful staff. Easy parking.

Only downside is the location. View is the poor area. Small dirt road to the hotel. A little distance to restaurants. Pretty far from the beach. We had a car, so it was not a problem.

The room was very nice: kitchen with all required cooking utensiles, clean swimming pools, extremely nice stuff at the reception. Comfy bed, nice TV (even with Netflix connectivity, which is not common in the area). Overall really happy with the stay there, especially considering the discount we had when booking.

Shower pressure was fairly bad. At the breakfast area the chairs were very unstable and partially broken. Also the choice of food was not the best - but okay for a few days. You definetely need the car to reach the place, I wouldn't even advice taking scooter to go there from the city / go from hotel to the beach. Just to consider that the hotel doesn't have any deal with the beach club or any other property on the seaside - so you would need to be paying additionally there (not a bad thing, but just to keep it in mind).

Pools, my room with large balcony and restaurant, great breakfast every single day, without repeats and we stayed for 7 days, (thanks Alejandro, Daniel, Selena and the other lady tacking care of us, you rock). Also a big thank you to Mariana, who can lit a room with her beautiful smile and positive energy.

Minor things that don’t account for a dislike, few little areas that need maintenance and location it is what it is (there is a social story behind the area, ask and learn about it, you will cherish what you have in your life) we felt safe to walk and shop in the neighborhood stores.

For this price is a good value. Also the territory of the hotel has a lot of nice nature.

1. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in our room and we asked in the reception for solve this issue but for all 3 days wasn’t Wi-Fi in our room. We took Wi-Fi from another room but the quality wasn’t so good. 2. Breakfast. Not so much options for breakfast as well the menu wasn’t changed. 3. The bathroom didn’t work properly (the tub doesn’t work) and we asked receptionist for help, but they didn’t do anything. 4. To far from everything but with car the distance to the beach will takes about 10-12 minutes
