Beautiful new area of Tulum. The hotel had very cozy beds. The room was very nice. Friendly and helpful host. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Not to the fault of the hotel. But the whole area doesn't seem to have wifi. It was available in the hotel and surrounding restaurants. Just be prepared with some downloaded maps of the area... so you don't get lost multiple times like we did😉

We loved our 5 night stay at NAJ Tulum! Our room was really beautiful and well designed, we were comfortable and had plenty of space. The location was great, we could walk to lots of lovely cafes and restaurants and the beach was just a short drive away. Braulio (our host) was amazing - so helpful, and gave us lots of local knowledge and recommendations.

Our room was at the back of the building and the traffic noise was really bad - my partner and I both sleep with ear plugs in anyway, but despite this it did wake us up a lot

new hotel, nice design, the staff was really helpful. The neighborhood is safe and within 10 min walk you can find cafes and restaurants. Also there is a oxxo 2' walk from the hotel.

at night other guests were too loud.

Naj tulum is such a beautiful place to stay and everything is finished to a really high standard. Looks exactly how it does in the photos. The staff were amazing and did everything they could to make our stay more enjoyable - nathalia and Marius gave us excellent recommendations of where to go for dinner and drinks and booked taxis for us when we needed. Nathalia also gave us even more recommendations for the rest of our Mexico trip after we left!

The only downside of the property is its location, as there are some properties being built close by currently so there can be building noise during the day if you’re relaxing on the balcony/by the pool. I would also suggest that you need a car/bike to get to tulum and the beach so that needs to be factored in.

Incredible stay here, as much as I had a great time in Tulum, the stay here in Naj was down to the excellent service of the staff - friendly, informative, and would help with any request at hand. The set up of the room was great, comfortable and clean, plenty of storage and as I'm considering coming back I'd happily stay here for more than a couple of weeks. Location wise, you're in the centre of the main strip of Tulum and the beach, so five / ten minutes either way you are where you want to be. The local area is continually developing right now so I imagine this will get better and better through time - noting that in the immediate vacinity of Naj all the main buildings are constructed. Great stay overall, clean, good ac, good WiFi, nice location, brilliant staff.

Braulio was the one who made our stay amazing and unforgettable! Top concierge and master of hospitality! One of the best hosts I ever met, he knew everything we needed and advised all the best places, locations around to visit. The room was nice, elegant, spacious and clean. Well furnished and a quite comfy bed to sleep as well. Overall its a best value for price with no doubt

Location is a bit complicated to reach, but it wasnt a big thing in comparison with all the rest we enjoyed

Very nice style. Spacious rooms with everything you need. Nice rooftop terrace with pool. And of course, Braulio, who took care of us and was available whenever needed. Naj is located in Aldea Zama and we were really happy that the area is already equipped with proper streets (which is not the case in many parts of Tulum), which made it comfortable to drive by scooter.

If you are a sensitive sleeper you should ask for a room in building A of the house, as B is towards Avenida Kukulkan, which is quite noisy and busy especially in the evening and early morning hours.

Beautiful well equipped suite with terrace and small plunge pool. Aesthetically pleasing decor and excellent shower and bathroom facilities with lovely toiletries. Reasonably priced for quality of accommodation.

The location was not good, nothing nearby really, building sites on either side spoilt the vibe of the place for us. If you had your own transport it would be perfect. Also we did not realise it did not have staff on site. You could communicate via WhatsApp and they tried hard to be helpful.

The room was pretty, clean, and very comfortable. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is quiet and good for rest after spending long hours at the beach, ruins, and cenote. The room has a comfy bed, nice and complete kitchen, and fancy tv table. The owner will share his preferences on some places like restaurants and it is really a good one.

The location requires you to have private transportation, if you want to travel there comfortably because it is not too close to the town center

we loved absolutely everything! from the moment you arrive, Blaulio is there to greet you in the cool outdoor check-in. The smell of Copal incense wafting in the warm air is purify and relax you is welcoming. Blaulio walks you up to show explain everything in your room…it’s everything you need! We were upgraded to a king room (comfortable bed and bedding!) with kitchen, and a beautiful patio with lounge chairs, small private pool. Everything is very tastefully decorated, very Tulum. We spent our mornings on the rooftop pool (albeit small)my only complaint. Blaulio goes above and beyond to check in on us every morning and afternoon to see what we need…getting us taxi$ and great recommendations for restaurants or beach clubs. Highy Recommend this quaint, boutique hotel!!!
