The room was near the elevator and stairway. Drinking water daily and a single serving coffee maker in the room. Nice city view. Ample plug-ins. Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Room safe. Great water pressure. Walking distance to many great cafes and restaurants. There are plenty of galleries and activities within a few km.

Loud street noise with many drivers honking due to being impatient. It's the Mexican way. Please bring your ear plugs for a great sleep!

Really loved the new parking arrangements We stay there multiple times a year and at least once a year I bring approximately 30 people with me and I'm really happy for the new arrangements.. Period.

Also, your bonus question keeps giving me an extra bonus question and then another bonus question which I do not appreciate. Asking if I would like to complete a survey would be much more appreciate it

The Gamma Mazatlan was in a very walkable district with restaurants and galleries everywhere. The beach was just a few blocks down the street! The restaurant on the first level serves a delicious breakfast buffet.

The wifi connectivity was spotty.

We had to ask for in room coffee daily when it should have been supplied automatically. Towels were rough and in short supply. The concierge was useless and there were no brochures etc about tours. The whole place seemed a little shabby. Functional, but shabby.

Location was excellent.

I read a lot of reviews to try and find a good place with no weird smells. Chose this one even though it was more basic because is sounds quiet and clean. But every time we returned to our room it smelled of pee. Fortunately after 45 min or so the smell either faded or we got accustomed to it.

The hotel is in a fabulous location. Two blocks to the beach/Malecon & a block to the historic Plaza Machado. The room was very quiet, we had a room facing the courtyard. Great A/C & the beds were comfortable.

The view out of our room was of a wall. However, that is what made it so quiet. We were there for the hotel location not the room view.

The hotel is 2 mins walk from the plaza. There are numerous bank ATMs very close to the hotel. The attached restaurant serves a buffet breakfast for 229 Pesos (284 Pesos on Sunday).The room also has an iron and ironing board. Yey!

The area outside of the hotel is noisy on weekend nights due to collectivo type cars blasting music up till 3 am as they circle the historical centre with their clients on board.

Every member of the staff that we spoke to was exceptionally friendly and helpful. When we needed something, the response was surprisingly quick!

Elevator was out of service for several hours one day. Aside from that, everything went very well! Thank you!

Our itineraries didn't allow us to eat at the hotel but it looked great next time when we come with more time we will take advantage of the breakfast downstairs.

My only concern was to have fresh towels daily. Regarding towels, we should be provided fresh ones daily it's so hot and you have to shower at least once a day if not twice. Other than the towels everything else was great.

The location of the hotel is excellent as well as the staff friendliness

It needs to have mirror somewhere in the room besides the bathroom. I would've enjoyed the coffee much better in a ceramic cup
