Love the location of the property and the grounds are maintained. Love how close it is to the ocean and views are incredible.

The room that we stayed in said it was luxurious, but it is really dated. Dining room is too large for the space and the room seem very humid and had a humid smell. The only great thing is the view. Also the food and Sunday brunch were disappointing, they were not very good and were very expensive for the quality. I rather eat somewhere else. Also there should be an adult only pool.

The staff was top notch! The food at the hotel was good, Wonderful breakfast buffet and fresh squeezed orange juice. We will stay at this hotel again because of the staff!

The happy hour drinks were watered down. The “adult” pool was freezing cold and the hot tubs at the “family” pool were luke warm at best. Guests were reserving pool loungers 24/7 but would rarely even be at the pool so there were hardly ever any open loungers, even when pool had not many people there.

my first stay last year impressed me that I went back with family. Everyone working there are so friendly and helpful. the food and pool areas are great!

one of the elevators in our building is under construction so it was a roll of the dice when it would arrive on your floor. #2: the floor is not marked very well and the lights on the floor panels do not light up. #3: cannot book adjoining rooms on booking.com so family was split between 2 rooms although they were next to each other.

The facilities are wonderful. It's in a great location. The pool is beautiful and have 5 hot tubs. We had to ask them to turn up the temp in the hot tubs a few times but they were accommodating. The staff is very friendly and spoke English very well. It was hard to tell on the booking site what size rooms I was getting but we were pleasantly surprised when we got a Jr suite with a bedroom, 2 bathroom's, a kitchen, and dining room/living room area. The balcony was overlooking the ocean. I will definitely stay here again! The only downside was the beds were doubles and there were 4 of us. Queen beds would have made it perfect. We saved about $70/night by booking here instead of with the hotel.

As is always the case when we stay at the Inn @ Mazatlan, the people make our time there very enjoyable. Our room had a good view, and the staff was both helpful and welcoming. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. Overall, a great place to stay in Mazatlan.

A couple minor problems in our room but the staff did an excellent job taking care of them.

Room was spacious, beds really comfortable. Views were exceptional. Staff always friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool areas,

Oversize pillows on master bed were too big to be comfortable, but extra pillows in closet took care of that easily. Too much volume on the live music, and on the activities loudspeaker.

We have been going to the Inn for the past 7 years. Hands down the best customer service! Luis, Isaac and Enrique are the best service you can get poolside. Adrian and Alfonso best doormen. Rooms have always been clean and any issues fixed very quickly. Love all the improvements and updates.

Hot tubs could be hotter and there should be hand rails going into them as well as coming out. Also, a different color to highlight the stairs up to the hot tubs in the middle of the pool would be helpful. I stubbed my toe a few times.

Our room was terrific. Spacious and a great view. The staff was pleasant and helpful. When we left a bag in our taxi on the way to the hotel, the Inn staff went out of their way to help us recover it. The hotel restaurant was convenient and offered amazing views of the beach and the incredible Mazatlan sunsets. Food was good and reasonably priced and Happy Hour was just that.

We are not fans of the loud traditional music played every afternoon on the beach in front of the hotel, but since the bands only stay when they get tips, apparently, we are in the minority. The Inn has the same staffing problems as every hotel in the world right now. Some services took longer than they would have pre-Covid. But nothing out of the ordinary for these times.

From start to finish, the staff was accommodating, friendly, and efficient. The Inn at Mazatlan is very well taken care of, clean, and has an excellent location. Our suite was clean, well appointed and provided an unobstructed view.

Papaguyos restaurant has an excellent location for breakfast and lunch but it would have been great to be able to have dinners there as well. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area so there are great alternatives (but not with Popaguayo's view)!
