In the noisy Villahermosa, this hotel is an oasis with a colonial atmosphere. We only stayed one night but it was worth every minute. Staff is remarkably professional. Our room was wide, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The restaurant serves excellent meals. The ambiance is very pleasant. The swimming pool is an extra... I don't think I'll be back to Villahermosa, but if I did, no doubt I would stay here again. It's great value for money.

There's nothing wrong we can say about this place. We hope it will remain quiet, as at the moment of our visit they were building a new road in the neighbourhood.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. We forgot one of our suitcases, but they went out of their way to send it to our next destination in Mexico. Which was fantastic. Also th beds were good and the lounge area spectacular.

Villahermosa is not so interesting by itself to visit, we needed it as your plane landed there late in the evening. But the hotel itself was a nice oasis of rest.

We stay here when we visit Villahermosa which is usually twice each year. It’s always been a consistently good place to stay and we are pleased with the accommodations it offers

The hotel, room, bathroom and interior are grand and finished to a very high standard. Our room was reminiscent of Dubai 5 star hotels and was incredibly spacious and complete with a high bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower and separate toilet. We were very comfortable. The staff were very accomodating and friendly.

The hotel bar was not in operation which was a shame and the pool was difficult to find.

Attractive setting, restaurant serves well prepared fare, comfortable bed. We asked for another room because we were overlooking a large wedding celebration with loud music. We were given a much quieter room which was also an significant upgrade! Excellent customer service.

Stunning property deep in the woods but very convenient to Palenque town; compete with howler monkeys and other free range wildlife! Great food and superb service. Unlike much of Chiapas the hosts speak English and can help with reservations. We were given a free upgrade to the palatial Presidential Suite

Pool was a bit small and basic considering the rest of the hotel.

The hotel comply with cleanliness, service with a GREAT future if correct some aspects as: restaurant not at the standards of a facility like this. I used a couple of times their restaurant with a very disappointed experience in terms of service, quality of food and standard expected because of place and price.
