Well first of all the whole building is great, the rooms are so fresh! And you don't hear anything from the outside, people could be playing music in the kitchen or playing the pool and in the room you were only laying on the bed with fresh A/c, it was great. Breakfast included was delicious, fruits, bread, marmalade, coffee. The staff very friendly and patient for any doubts. Very resourceful because He supported me to ask for an uber several times and gave directions.

The only thing I could tell, was that the door of the bathroom didn't close completely, and maybe they should buy some new stuff. It doesn't mean is dirty, but the place doesnt look 100% clean because it is too old, and around the pol there are a lot of rocks so it doesn't look clean either, just fix the terrace, and it will be 10 out of 10.

The staff was superb. Overall they were very accommodating. Also the bed was one of the most comfortable I've stayed in. The common areas were nice as well. The hostel is only a few blocks from the grand plaza and many restaurants and bars. Its nice that with your stay you get a free drink at this pub a couple of blocks down

There could be more attention to the kitchen. Just some light touches

Very close to the bus station, spacious dorm, comfortable beds, free breakfast, very simple but enough, drinking water available, equipped kitchen to cook for yourself, there is a swimming pool, huge common area. At the check in I got a voucher for a free drink in a bar close by, nice gesture. I could leave my luggage for free after check out. Overall, recommend this hostel!

No hot water, but I guess it's normal in Yucatan

5 min walk from the bus station (Ado centro histórico) and less than 10min to the center. Dorms are spacious with AC ON H24 There is a pool and a kitchen with rooms to chill (hammock, books, table football) One bathroom for men and one for women with multiple WC and shower on it Free breakfast Staff are friendly too

Pool. Huge dorm full air conditioning day & night. If it was slightly cheaper I would give it a 10 but I gave it a 9.

Pool leaks. Should be repaired. Not many people use the pool enough. Only I did. Weird.

Location was perfect walking distance to the center. The staff was friendly and quick in communication. They informed me well about the check-in process before arriving since it was with a code.

The bathroom is not so private or comfortable. Besides missing doors, there is little space to put your clothes, towel or other toiletries. What else I missed is comfort in the outside area. A pool might me a bit too much to ask, but shade, some green and comfortable (lounge)chairs or hammocks would be nice. Breakfast is standard white bread, basic spread and fruit (the selection was: bananas).

Not many events / social activities

Pool was great. Dorm room was super spacious even with 14 beds and I think the mattresses were new, super comfy. The staff were all very helpful with information about tourist sites and the WiFi worked well too. Free breakfast was decent and all in all it was a good stay! Location was good too, only a few blocks away from the central areas, ADO bus station and other transport routes.

Nothing, everything was great. Would have been nice to have a little bit more light at the poolside, and individual lights for the beds but really nothing to complain about.

Nice place, Clean, AC in our room, pool. There is a kitchen. Good balance quality / price. You have tout walk ~10 min to go tout the center.
