Close to city center, very comfy

You can here the noise from the streets very well. Woke up at 6AM to someoma singing every morning.

Good location in downtown Merida. We stayed for a week. The room was renovated and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Carlos for answering our questions and providing recommendations. The hotel is very fortunate to have you as part of the team. 😊

We received two bath towels and one smaller towel. The smaller towel was either supposed to be the hand towel or the bathmat. Not sure which one. A bath mat is a necessity in a bathroom to avoid slipping on tiles so I'm guessing the smaller towel was a bathmat. If it was a bathmat then why are guests not provided with a hand towel? Also only one towel hook in the shower area. The sliding doors are not great quality and did little to keep the noise out.

Great value for money! Relatively new hotel with a modern, cozy interior, great location and very convenient parking. The staff was friendly and communication good (even though not all receptionists speak English and we only speak a little Spanish). Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and the AC was working well. We liked that we got bottled water every day. Once the room service removed our towels and did not replace them, but we quickly got new ones once we notified the reception.

As other people mentioned, the street-side rooms are very loud. The Wifi is a bit hit-or-miss, but in the end, we always found one that worked.

Very close to the city center, walking distance to the cathedral. Very nice staff who upgraded us for free, very clean.

The lack of some small amenities like hairdryer and iron in the room, and a brush for toilette would make it better. The street looks a bit dodgy and lonely at night, but it is safez

Super clean big rooms with balcomies avalaible and super comfy king size beds.,great bathrooms.Very affordable few meters from the main place ,restaurants and bars...with OXXO minimart opposite open 24/7. Very good price ,super helpful staff ....also laundry service available. same day..,highly recommand it....

No lift so if you have heavy luggages or have a disability might not be for you.A bit noisy but expected in a city center anywhere in the world.

The hotel is right in the MIDDLE of downtown at a very very busy downtown, walking distance to every where. If you get a room with a balcony - it’s not good as it will be very noisy, if you get a room facing the other side- it’s not so good either, because it’s facing a paid car park which is getting very busy at a very early hours of the morning, we could hear people hanging around and chatting since 6AM, therefore we got up very early every morning. Service was great.

Every morning Got woken up too early by the car park service behind/outside the hotel, I think the car park is actually belong to the hotel.

Great, city center location. Modernish hotel, parking in the yard that is free for those who stay at the hotel. Never used a pool, it apparently is one. Smaller rooms would fit 2 people and I would say one piece of large suitcase.

Quite noisy as room faced main road, getting extremely hot if you don’t want to use the aircon, apart from that a great stay for a reasonable price.

My cousin and I wanted to be close to the markets and shops so this hotel fit the bill! The hotel is almost hidden away so if you don’t pay attention, you’ll pass it. Everything was great!

If you go to Merida in May, be prepared to be HOT! This town was hotter than Cancun and that’s saying something! Now the only negative thing about the hotel was that the pool was really warm. I would’ve liked it cooler since it was so hot.

A modern and newly renovated hotel. Basic, but all you need for visiting the city. Very good bed and pillow. Free parking next to the hotel. Good aircon. Good location in Merida. Good shower (although not very hot). And a nice swimming pool!

More beds at the swimming pool. There was no safe in the room to lock your values. The rooms at the backside of the hotel are quiet, but with small windows. The windows can’t be open. So no fresh air besides the aircon.

Exceptional good value for money! Modern and very clean hotel right in the city center, close to the ADO bus station and everything. As others mentioned, the sounds from the streets can be heard in the room, but that didn’t bother us. Friendly staff!

One thing that maybe could be improved, is that the shower barely got warm. Some of us would have liked to shower warm, while others enjoyed a cool shower, so I guess it‘s up to personal preference.
