The hotel has a great design with lush trees and vegetation in the middle of the building. Rooms are spacious and very well designed with separate toilets and showers and open space, plus a lot of storage space. Restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was good. Workout room has a cross-trainer machine, treadmill, and cable cross-over machine plus small free weights up to about 15 kgs so it's good for a hotel workout room. All and all we had a nice and very comfortable stay.

However, we found this is not a five start hotel. More like a good four-star hotel. There's no room service and even no minibar (just an empty fridge)in the room. Arriving hungry at 11 pm, we were advised to go to nearby 7/11... Some of the reception desk staff were not particularly good at welcoming people, either.

The property is simply stunning, amazing moden design. The rooms are big and have everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed the restaurant, pool and kidness of all the hotel staff. Special thanks to Herson. The Jazz music and courtesy wine were amazing. Cocktails and Breakfast are great. The hotel is perfect for Business or Leisure Travel, we'll be back at some point.

The restaurant needs to include a couple of regional dishes. I was craving for cochinita pibil and there wasn't any regional dish in the menu.

Beautiful hotel - was even more beautiful in person than the pictures showed. We stayed in a junior suite, and highly recommend it. Many neat features in the room (lots of lighting options, sliding pocket door to open or close the main bathroom area, etc), with a large-sized bathroom. Friendly and prompt service from the hotel and valet staff. Everything was very clean. Pool area is beautiful and water was warm. Restaurant was also beautiful, drinks were great, food interesting. Also felt very safe walking in the area - one night we walked to a convenience store about 4-5 blocks away to get extra drinks and snacks, and another night we walked about 6 blocks to Mercado Gourmet and Paseo Montejo. We also drove one day to Progreso, which was a quick 30 minute drive with traffic. Was all very lovely.

There wasn't much to complain about! We did try to go to the pool bar a couple times, and there was never anyone tending the bar there, so that was a little disappointing, but definitely didn't ruin our stay. Overall, we loved our experience!

The hotel setting is beautiful with a stunning internal courtyard. The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The pool area has beautiful views of the city. The hotel's restaurant Cuna is one of my favorite spots in Merida.

I arrived at the hotel on a very hot day, and the AC in my room wasn't working. They sent a technician in to fix it but to no avail. Long story short it didn't get fixed and I had to request a new room from the manager. The whole process took about 2 hours which was an unfortunate waste of time for my one night stay. At the end of the day, I was taken care of and the manager was apologetic.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the cleaning staff was simply amazing. They were caretaking and friendly and did an amazing job taking care of my room and all of the small details. Of note, the doorperson Gersom made me feel welcome, and he took interest in my day and comings and goings. He made me feel like a special guest.

I loved the food at Cuna but, for some reason, didn't feel totally comfortable there. Some of the staff were unwelcoming and seemed perturbed when I apologized for being 1 minute early for breakfast.

Wonderful staff who were always on hand to help. Amazing and spacious rooms, we had upgraded to the master suite which was worth the extra with the view and bath on the balcony. The weather was around 40 degrees C+ so it was nice to have this to relax on during the heat. The rooms were so quiet, pool was amazing as well as the cocktails and restaurant with an amazing breakfast menu we couldn’t beat when we tried in the town. The walk in to the main town was around 30 minutes which was a nice walk and safe at night. There was also a nice complex of bars and resturant a around a 10 minute walk away, Uber’s also operate and it was only £4 to get into town. Good wifi in the rooms as well as free wifi in the squares in Merida. I would not hesitate to book!

Beautiful property inside and out. Room was nice. Nice rooftop pool. Restaurant beautiful terrace with great food. Friendly and helpful staff.

There may have been 1-2 days we didn’t notice the pool cleaned, we may have been early The glass surrounding the pool wish was a bit more cleaned so you can enjoy the view in the pool.

I went into the restaurant to have my breakfast included, and when I asked them attentively if it was possible to change the bacon for the ham in the main course, they refused. Also when I asked for a little more coffee in the end they charged me for it... the truth was that it was very unpleasant and even shocking that I never expected it. For these small details it is difficult for me to recommend this hotel to other people. Thanks Booking.

The hotel is generally tastefully decorated with lovely wholesome touches, as well as helpful, kind and friendly service. The staff english level was very high. The concierges were especially helpful. The facilities are great and the decor is uniquely yucatecan but still modern. The lobby had a very welcoming scent.

The tour offers were very expensive compared to market prices, I was quoted a price more than triple what I got offered in town center. The food at the resturant Cuna was not very good. I had overcooked pasta, bland mocktails and a limited generic menu. Would have been nice to see more mexican options in the menu. They did have a hummus starter that was very nice. The wall art in my room was not to my taste.

Fabulous hotel, the staff were professional, friendly, and very nice. A really good gym, simple facilities, but clean and ideal for some light weights, cardio machine and or floor exercises. Location was great, we walked everywhere and it took us half hour to get to the e central locations. Would highly recommend a stay here. Free parking and the security were also excellent.
