Stay: April 28 to 29 and May 5 to 6 2024. This is an older hotel but reasonably well kept. Staff is great and they do have a full restaurant which we used for our last dinner in Montenegro. The include breakfast was brought to the table and it was huge!!! Make sure you understand the options and double check with the staff what you want. You may risk having too much to handle... (which can be good if you have a long day ahead). The hotel location is key point as it is great for those arriving late or leaving early to/from the airport. Literally, 2 min drive. For the records, we arrived very late and were picked up by the hotel driver, free of charge. Next morning the driver took me to the airport to pick up a car at the rental company (Sixt). After a week, we arrived late afternoon, dropped our luggage and drove to the airport to return the car, asking for the rental company to drop us of at the hotel. Early next morning, the hotel driver took us to the airport. Not a recipe, but it worked flawlessly.

The hotel has some outside facilities like a big pool, which was not operational. It could be a season thing, but the place lacked some care. It might have flourished at some point. If you don't have a car, there is nowhere to go on foot. Like in many hotels we visit, a night light in the bathroom was missing. Those are good to have in case the guests need for a bio-stop in the early hours of the morning when everything is still dark, and you wake up not really knowing where you are. Those lights would prevent the use of main lights throughout the night.

Convenient location close to the airport (walking distance), comfortable rooms, decent WiFi, very helpful and polite staff, excellent breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

The airport shuttle could be available for longer hours in line with the incoming flights schedule. Our flight came in too late for us to be able to use this service as it was available only until half an hour earlier.

A very convenient location for a short stop before catching a flight but as a result there aren’t really any places to walk to or explore. However we passed a good few hours relaxing over coffee or drinks on the veranda. The food was excellent and plentiful ( both supper and breakfast). The hotel offered free airport taxis. My room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony.

There was a smoking lounge at the bottom of the main stairs and the smoke drifted upwards, permeating into the rooms and furnishings. It was faint but noticeable and made it hard to relax.

Beautiful, well presented hotel. The hotel's location was just a short drive from the airport, which was incredibly convenient for us with early flights. The rooms we were offered were really huge with a massive balcony, overlooking the picturesque far away landscapes. The rooms were also equipped with all the facilities that you'd get only on a 5 star hotel. The staffs were friendly, professional and eager to assist with any requests; they offered us a complimentary shuttle service to the airport as well. Over all, had a woderful stay and I highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to visit Podgorica and stay near to the aiport.

The hotel is nicely presented, the room was huge and the restaurant was fantastic. The pool was good too.

It felt a bit tired in places and needs some investment. The bedroom window handle was broken and it was being held closed with gaffer tape; the fancy shower with a control panel of options didn't work other than a basic hose; the pool has what used to be a swim up bar that now looks desolate and needing paint; all around the outside of the hotel are piles of old and broken furniture and mess - can't they sort it out, tidy it up and make it attractive everywhere? And the mattresses were quite old and not that comfy. A bit of investment in these areas and it would be truly fabulous!

Very close to the airport Fabulouse breakfast - I just ordered ordered an omelette but it came with a large plate of fresh fruit and lovely warm bread and jams Comfortable and clean room lovely staff on reception My flight was cancelled and i had to stay an extra night and it was arranged with no problem There was a free shuttle to the airport

the portions i the restaurant were huge - which would obviously suit a lot of people but I wanted a light meal and it was not possible which was such a waste of food The bar only served wine and beer and spirits but no cocktails and the wine by the glass was expensive

It was near the airport but we never heard any noise. Our room had a balcony but it didn't have any furniture so we didn't use it. Breakfast was huge so order accordingly... we could have split a breakfast and been quite filled. Staff is nice, rooms were very clean. On site restaurant was very nice. An enjoyable stay all around.

They advertise a pool but it was not in useable condition at the time we visited... could have been too early or they could have been doing repairs.

Ivana, on reception, was fabulous - she put our minds at ease about transport and was delightful. The room was clean, modern, bright, had airconditioning and very comfortable. The bathroom was simply gorgeous. The front of the property has been landscaped with trees, bird boxes and feels wonderful as a space when having breakfast outside. Some really lovely spaces.

I recommend USB connection as well as standard plugs in the rooms, and suggest making the most of the bare patio balconies by adding a plant or colour to the floor or something, it feels a bit utilitarian with a metal chair on bare floor, but it could be made really wonderful as a space off the bedrooms. Never the less, to have ones own outdoor area is a really great thing!

The Hotel Aria was just about everything we required in a hotel. We stayed here for two nights prior to flying home to the US. It is about a 10-minute taxi ride from the Podgorica bus station and a one-minute drive to the Podgorica airport. We arrived from Kotor by bus and hired a cab to take us to the hotel for 15 euros. The following day we took a taxi back and forth to the Stari Grad and paid 10 euros each way. Despite being close to the airport, the Hotel Aria is quiet because there is not a lot of air traffic. It has the appearance of a mountain lodge with lots of stone and wood accents. The free breakfast is amazing. It is not a buffet style but rather a made to order breakfast. There are several hot and cold options and we received refills on beverages. Likewise, the restaurant also has a great dinner menu at surprisingly low prices. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and they speak fluent English. We used the free shuttle service to get to the airport and they gave us breakfast bags to take with us because we checked out early. Unfortunately, we did not have an opportunity to use the pool. I may be returning to Podgorica in the next year and will definitely stay here again!

The mattresses were extra firm. A little softer would have been nice.

Easy check in, allowed us to get into room early. Close to airport with a free shuttle. Free parking. Excellent breakfast. Reception staff superb and very helpful. Restaurant on site very good with nice veranda.

Rooms could use some upgrading, first room had some plumbing issues. But reception was so helpful to arrange a new room for us after attempting to fix the problem.
