the hotel is very close to the center. the staff was helpful and pleasant. the room is spotless as are the common areas. the hotel has underground parking included in the price of the room

if I absolutely have to write something negative it would be about the breakfast. it had a decent variety and fresh produce but I felt like they made it a chore. postscript the young staff member was helpful.

Drove straight into underground garage. Parked the car securely. Upstairs and checked-in in a minute. This is at 11am ... 3 hours before checkin time. Room is huge. Clean. Giant comfy bed. Staff courteous abd helpful. Location on the dege of old town ... we like to walk and were through the old town in 15 minutes snd into the main town in 20 minutes. Perfect for us. Breakfast wasnt brilliant. But it was much better than we are used to in the balksns.

The hotel was easy to find and the facilities in the restaurant and room were excellent. The restaurant served food until 10:30pm which was great since we were arriving late. The room and bathroom was very clean with good wifi. We were also offered free parking for a short stay which was very welcome.

There could have been a greater selection of options for vegetarians at breakfast.

The room is ok and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is good as well..

Breakfast wasn't tasty. The coffee is really not good. There is parking. in the Autumn it wasn't full but there are not enough parking paces. And it is very narrow/

Staff was more than helpfull. We got conference room for usage and advices about rent a car. Room was clean and cosy. Good air conditioning.

Hair dryer wasn't functional so I had to go with wet hair in another room to dry the hair. WI-FI password is shown on TV yet my collegue in another room couldn't turn on TV - remote controller had no batteries. Bad maintaince or lack of interest to check the equipment.

Nice hotel, centrally located. Close to the central bus station. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. The room was nice and spacious.

The bedroom was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was nice.

It's not exactly in the city centre. My only real complain was that I gave them my clothes to wash, without asking for the price (my fault). The total (for one machine) was 30€!! Because they make you pay by the item (like 2€ for one towel, 2€ for one trousers...). I think they souhld have told me beforehand, because I would have found somewhere else to wash my clothers!

It was fine overall. The staff is very helpful. The interior is fresh and nice.

A bottle of water and glass in the room would be nice. The only thing I didn't like at the room was that there was no kettle, no bottle of water, no complementary tea/coffee, no glass/cup in the room. Had to buy tea for 2 euros in the restaurant downstairs. No free/complementary options, which is unusual for 4-star hotel.

Everything great: Very clean, well organized, excellent WLAN, large well equipped room and bathroom, speedy lift ... nothing to claim

Claiming on high level: The breakfast could offer a larger selection of food.
