The place is on a hill that has a beautiful view of the bay and surrounded with magnificent mountain views with Tivat town in sight. You get this lovely panaromic view during the day with beautiful changes during the sunset and lovely twinkles of lights at night and to top it up the stars on a clear sky. All this just from the balcony of your room. The area is off the beaten track but close enough to get to Kotor and Tivat in 10 to 12 minutes . Bear in mind this is in the month of February. If you have your own transport its very easily accesible to both the towns. If you dont have your own transport you could get a taxi ....to Tivat around 10 euros to Kotor around 13 euros. Around the place, there is a mini market which is just five minutes walk away. Vey handy. At the premises at reception you can get coffee a thing or two for snacks or fast cooking. The room is more like a studio apartment, compact but good enough for one or two persons. It is well equipped with all the necessary things from room bathroom and kitchen. Overall a very good choice for chilling and a little touring about. Demir who is the person seeing to things around Casa, is an excellent host. Always accomadating to my questions and sorting out the where and hows to get around or to get things. He has this lovely personality to make ones stay enjoyable and comfotable. The view from our apartment was AMAZING! It is a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by the green heights and small houses. You can only hear the birds singing! Perfect please to relax and enjoy the view. There was also swimming pool available although it is April. It only takes 10 minutes to get to the shops and restaurants. The host was very friendly and approachable. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything about this place is amazing! From the warm welcome on the airport, to the stunning sunsets, beautiful apartment and a pool. This was one of my favorite acomodation so far! Apartment is very well equiped, has everything you need plus they are changing the towels and cleaning regularly. And the price is very afordable. I would very much recommend it to the solo travelers who are working remotely, like me. You have a piece and quite at the Kavac Heights. Special thanks to the guys from the reception, who were very supportive and called a taxi every day for me, with a ☕️ to go. Will definitely come back. 🙏🏻🥰☀️🥰🌊

It is away from every beach, and not accessable without a car or taxi.

To start with, the hotel itself was well-organised and the design was also quiet nice. When we walked up to the hotel apartment we immediately noticed the beige and white design which was catching the eye. Moreover, what is very important for us, apartment was clean, neat and it was quiet during the stay. The beds were also comfortable and the rooms had enough equipment. In our flat we also had a big balcony, and the view from it on the Boka Bay was breathtaking. In addition, the accomodation has a spacious pool in front of the building. Last but not least, the personel was amazing and helpful in every aspect of the stay.

Firstly the main disadvantage was that the hotel is placed pretty far on the "outskirts" and it is not possible to get to Kotor or Tivat rather than by a car. The roads to get to the point are very narrow and as a result are not for the people with bad nerves and that are not patient while driving. Furthermore, we did not have the TV in our apartment. which was a little disappointing, mostly why, because it should have been there as it was on the pictures. Lastly, the boiler in the bathroom was turning off warm water after approximately 10-15 minutes.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, offering beautiful sights of the surrounding area. The location is perfect, nestled right between major attractions, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city without needing to travel far. The hotel also offers parking, which made my stay even more hassle-free. The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

The towels provided were dirty, with random spots on them, even after they brought “new” ones. The closet door was stuck, which was frustrating, and I unfortunately cut my finger on some glass from the doors. While the staff was kind, these problems need to be addressed to improve the overall experience.

Firstly, I'd like to express my appreciation for all the staff. From my arrival, I felt welcomed and well looked after! Montenegro is a beautiful country and I loved that I could soak that beauty in from the comfort of my apartment. Amazing to be close to the airport without much noise pollution. Lovely location for some quiet relaxation and even better if you have/hire a car (but not completely an issue to get taxis to and from). I would definitely return!

I see the vision but the rooms have a rougher finish than expected and required a deeper clean - especially inbetween guests. It seems the team is working on that too, which is a plus. That said, the onsight handyman was super helpful and the cleaning staff helped me with things I asked for.

1. the view is absolutely amazing 2. coffee treat at the reception 3. fully equipped (there were even capsules for washing machine & dishwasher, where usually this type of apartments do not provide such benefits; a vacuum cleaner available in the room, which is not useful because the cleaning service works great :)) 4. very helpful and friendly staff - Demir even gave me a candle for my romantic dinners on the balcony :) 5. small store at the reception with all the items you might need 6. Wi-Fi connection was super good 7. free parking space

- bed light lamp can be of immense utility in the bedroom - could be a better lighting in the bathroom, extremely useful for make-up - a nice addition would be champagne glasses (they were only available for wine) - due to the construction of another facility right next to the building, there is a lot of dust, which makes the cars very dirty

What mostly stands out being the working staff. I have travelled a lot and have met many people but the guys working in Casa Collection are simply beyond amazing. They were superbly friendly, polite, helpful literally beyond possible. On top, the apartment was cozy, with amazing views overlooking the bay of Kotor. Very convenient to get to the beautiful port of Tivat, an old town of Kotor, to the ferry that brings the cars closer to Perast and also close to the Luštica bay. :-) On top, close to both the funicular and serpentines that bring you to the top of hill overlooking the bay. The scenery is breathtaking.

Perhaps, a small cafeteria could be opened at reception and the working staff could run it. If they served fresh croissants, coffee, tea and some local dairy, ham, honey, I bet it would be a great cherry on top. I am sure people would greatly welcome it. :-)
