I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Down Town Maarif in Casablanca, and I must say it was a great experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The location is fantastic, situated in the vibrant Maarif district, which made it easy to explore the city and reach easily all my appointments. The apartments are beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with a touch of Moroccan charm. They were impeccably clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to the city.

Street Noise Needs Attention, the windows need better insolation.

The room was conveniently located and we were accommodated when we asked to have our other party near our room.

While we were given the option for late 1PM checkout, we found that the option to extend it till 5:30 pm (our flight got delayed and we were set to depart 6 hours later) the charge was astronomical. They offered us 4 more hours for 937 Dirahms or approximately US$117. Of course we opted not to pay that and waited at the airport instead.

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety and great quality. The location is probably the best in the city, though the street noise can be noticeable—closed windows help. The room matched the photos, quite old but functional. The shower corner needs small renovation as water tends to leak into the room. Overall, it’s a good option for a few days.

I liked everything was amazing ,also the breakfast buffet 😋 and the staff there was one of them very friendly with all the clients

Just one thing the lights on the corners of the bed weren't showing a way to turning them off lol I look very well down and didn't find from where gonna turn them off also was not very clean behind the bed down when I was looking for the way to fix that lol

Amazing location, super quite, it seems they have a good isolation system. Friendly, helpful, respectful and kind staff. The space was more than enough, lots of cabinets and all house appliances. Very clean snd comfortable

The location is amazing, breakfast was delicious and diversify and the staff very polite, nice specially Amine he was very helpful anything I asked him he ll try to do his best to help me specially I had my kids with me and my old parents so it was perfect for us, thx a lot to the staff... if I comback to casa again definitely I ll book it again❤️🤩

I liked the location very much : close to everything and some things stay open until late at night Clean Comfortable bed and 1 tv in the bedroom and 1 tv in the living room Couch very comfortable Big fridge Very good for the price

The reception staff is a little too friendly/ talkative in my opinion. (Didnt make me feel comfortable every time I was coming in or going out)

One of the best hotels in Maarif . The hotel location is in the middle of downtown with Every Facility just a steps away ! Reception staff is always helpful and never hesitate to make the stay comfortable , not my first time and always my choice when visiting Casablanca for business trips .

I stayed with them for two weeks and I worked remotely from the hotel room in that two weeks span. Got a spacious living room and bedroom, excellent wifi, I never got an issue for downloading large projects and zoom calls. Also everyone of their staffs are really nice, always greet me with a big smile everyday and tried their best to help with anything I requested.

Location and Rooms.

Reception staff! Unbelievable unprofessional and what a poor service!!!!! First time just told me that there where no blankets available for 3 person!!.. while I paid for 3 person!! And communication very rude and not customer friendly at all! If it was for the reception, I would have rated this hotel a 1!
