The staff where by far the best thing about the property. Always helpful and polite. When we checked it the gentleman on reception noted that we where celebrating a birthday the next day. The next evening a personalised birthday cake was delivered to the room. Thank you to M on reception. The hotel was what you would expect for this star rating. Lovely pool too.

The property takes a deposit which was either not explained that well or we where not registering it properly. But it all worked out ok in the end.

The hotel had a great location for us, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always cheerful. The rooms were well-organized, clean, and tidy, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. It was a very pleasant experience overall!

One issue we faced during our stay was with the air conditioning. In one of the rooms, it wasn’t cooling to the desired temperature, and in the other room, it wasn’t working at all. While the staff were kind enough to promptly arrange a room change for the second room, and we appreciated their cooperation, it was personally very exhausting after a long day of travel to have to pack up my belongings and move to another room late at night due to an issue that shouldn’t have occurred in the first place. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited and lacked variety, which was disappointing and didn’t meet our expectations.

Our stay at Idou Anfa Hotel was wonderful from check-in to check-out. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, including the receptionist Mr. Yassine, concierge Mr. Boubker, and the parking security team. The valet and the lady in charge of our floor room was also fantastic. The room was super clean every time we requested service, and it had a great view of Casablanca, both day and night. The location is perfect, close to everything. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The car parking is small. It can get crowded and hard to find a parking spot at the peak or if there in an event at the hotel.

The location was very good, located right at a very busy street with many food options and big stores. The room was quite modern with comfortable beds. Really loved the table they would put on with so many traditional moroccan dishes during the breakfast. My dad became a fan of a soup they would serve there. The gym was quite spacious with a lot of equipment, but I would always find it a mess. All the staff (receptionists, concierge, waiting staff) were the real gems of the hotel.

The AC in the rooms didn't work.

This hotel is a great one to stay in Casablanca. The rooms are very clean, neat, great size and the beds are comfortable. Great to get a room on the top floors facing the Hassan 2 Mosque. The location is excellent, in a clean area, with cafes close by and walking distance to the main sights. The breakfast buffet is very good, with a wide variety of food. The room service is excellent, and the concierge and reception desk are really welcoming and helpful. In particular, we would like to thank Ayoud, the concierge and Walid, the receptionist for their excellent service and making our stay memorable.

The only two disappointing things that occurred were, smoking is allowed in the hotel cafe / bar, which was irritating when eating lunch there. I was surprised to see that smoking is still permitted inside buildings. We wanted to use the indoor swimming pool which was heated and looked amazing, but the staff there were so rude and dismissive that we just walked out.

Hotel location is great and breakfast had a lot of delicious options. Bedroom size was perfect for our needs and beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and tried to maintain our bedroom clean everyday but sometimes they entered our room when we were still there to take used towels. The food from the rooftop restaurant was delicious and had live music from Mr Brown, a great singer. However, the hotel and the city in general is more business related so we didn’t find our visit to Casablanca as pleasant as we wanted as we found staff and people in general are more judgmental compared to Marrakesh and other cities. Our stay in the hotel was, overall, very good.

Gym facilities are very limited and are not pleasant. The space was too small and hot as AC wasn’t working. Swimming pool was ok and spa prices were quite high.

Check process was quick. Our room was a premium one with a view of the Grand mosque. Comfortable room with a good housekeeping staff. The best part of the hotel were the Conciergerie team. They kept our lugguage safely whilst we travelled to Tangier. Always helped us with getting taxis and adviced us on what to pay. Abdelghani even walked with us to some stores for spices.. Very very kind and efficient gentleman. Shukhran team Idou Anfa.

The breakfast was good but a little more variety would be good. Fruits were sometimes tinned and not fresh.

The room was really comfy and spacious. We had a nice view of the Hassan II mosque. The breakfast was also varied with good options. The vallet service for the car is also a big plus.

The room was quite hot, and the A/C only worked as a heater so we had to sleep with the window open, which brought some noise inside. The door locks of the toilet and bathroom also did not work.

Location was good for travelling around the city. The breakfast was very good with lots of varieties to choose from. The room was quite big and so was the bathroom.

Only thing is the toilet and the bathroom were separated, so to me it's a bit inconvenience. Furthermore, there was no drainage outlet in the toilet, hence the toilet could get flooded and there is no way to rinse the floor without being flooded.

I've been travel enough to say when a hotel is really deserving its stars. This 4 stars are well deserved. I felt welcome as never before as a guest, the rooms are very confortable and clean, the staff is well prepared and always willing to help, to chat and share a smile. Breakfast and meals in general offers many choices, from an international buffet (with maroc chef on site) to lunch and dinner a la carte with three different menu. Even the position is great, to reach within minutes the beaches on the atlantic, the medinas, the malls. Hotel Idou Anfa will be my home whenever I will travel to Casablanca.
