The lady at reception was rude I don’t want to munition her name but the other stuff was good. The shower was broken.

They can make better hospitality on check in it was poor in my arrival.

It’s in a beautiful area of town where you feel safe. The pool was perfect.

Staff seemed a bit arrogant.

Spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly furnished, the rooms provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring or business. As for the facilities, they're exceptional. Thinking back, I honestly can't suggest what could have been better. The hotel exceeded all my expectations with their perfect blend of attention to detail, exceptional service, and splendid facilities

We enjoyed the design of the hotel. elegant and tranquil as well as the food in the restaurant. Staff were almost all very friendly and helpful, special mention to the young lady on the reception desk ( sorry I don't remember her name )

One thing that wasn't good was the noise from the street in front of our room. Despite it appearing to have double glazing, we had to use ear plugs from the airline to get some sleep. Another minor dislike was the smell of incense in the hallway but other guests may find it pleasant.

I loved the suites on the fourth floor! I really liked the staff and how helpful they were. Also found the vibe of this hotel to be unique and homey unlike some of the brand luxury hotels. A very genuine place to stay in downtown Casablanca. Love eating at La Pergola !!!

Great hotel good location. No problems at all. The room was very comfy and plenty of room.

We liked the classic style of the hotel. the rooms are on the edge of needing a little bit of a refresh but excellent.

One of the best experiences i had … 1. the reception staff : Buthina was amazing, helpful, welcoming and smiling all the time . Yasin the butler is helpful. In general all the staff is welcoming 2. the view inside the hotel is magnificent 3. The room size is amazing 4. The location is great Definitely i will choose it for my next visit.

Both facilities and staff are excellent. Definitely recommended as high end business hotel close to the happening areas. Great french restaurant at the property

LITTLE note on the check-out. Common for properties to offer their own currency exchange. This is a service and it comes with a charge, thus I would recommend to ask the customer explicitly before typing it on the POS. Else, it gives the wrong impression

Loved this property. Staff is first rate. Smells really good. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in. Very good restaurant on site too.

Not a big negative, but walkability is OK rather than 'great'. A little out of city center, but still accessible to plenty of places, including over to the coast/the Corniche.

We arrived at 10:30 pm from Senegal, but the restaurant was closing so we were not able to eat a dinner. This was quite a disappointment. The breakfast was very nice and expansive.

No food available at 10:30. The next morning we were told that could have had take out, but this was not offered to us when I asked about eating. Luckily I had some crackers in my luggage.
