The staff were friendly, accommodating and were always available for help. The hosts are resourceful and will give good advice about travelling through Fes/Morocco, do remember to ask early and plan ahead if you want to go on daytrips around the area. Breakfast was delicious and plenty with a different variety of breads and pastries everyday! Delicious Coffee/ Mint Tea were offered throughout the stay. The terrace is beautiful. Thank you!

The room was a little cold and damp at times as we came near winter. However, it was cleaned daily and cleanliness was up to standard! A thick blanket is also provided. Cat is beautiful but is fierce and scratches when touched sometimes so beware

The host Mr Musa is genuinely very kind and helpful. The riad is a traditional morrocan styled place. Don't expect 5 stars hotel, but authentic moroccan stay. They served welcome morrocan traditional tea upon arrival at rooftop terrace with spectacular view as of we are travel back during Alladin time of arabian night. The breakfast was big with all kind of traditional bread, but too much carb. How nice if protein and veggie/salad are included in the bf menu.

The floor could be a little sticky/oily. The bathroom has some kind of unpleasant smell. But can't blame them. Its few hundreds year house and plumbing.

Breakfast was incredible, the gentleness of Ahmed in taking care of us was exceptional and we were really happy overall with our stay. I would recommend it because of the hostel vibes and home-feeling that the owner Moussa is able to create. There is also a terrace which overlooks the roofs of Fes and the ambience is cozy. Beds are comfortable and the wifi works good. There is also the possibility to make laundries. Ahmed escorted us to the restaurant and the pick up points of our excursions. We could not ask for a better service!

The bathroom was a bit small, you should also push the water down the drain in the shower. The general level of cleanness is not great, including the bed sheets. For those allergic to cats, please keep in mind that they live on the streets and on rooftops, as they like, also at Dar Milouda.

1. The staff of the riad - Moussa and Ahmed are such amazing human beings. Both were very helpful in recommending some of the local places to eat, see and experience. We were treated with the highest level of hospitality. It felt like we were with our closest of family during our stay there. Dar Milouda will always be in our hearts and memories. 2. The breakfast - Be ready to eat! Lots of food in the morning - a variety of fresh baked goods, jams, yogurt, coffee and of course…Moroccan Mint tea! 3. Location - within 5 mins of all the hustle and bustle of the Old Fes Medina.

Nothing that we disliked about the property. Okay maybe the stairs…Oh so many stairs to our room. 🤣 haha, but in all fairness to Dar Milouda…all the riads in the area have stairs..be ready to climb!

We had a wonderful stay! Moussa was a very friendly host and made us feel at home. The breakfast was so good and we are still dreaming about the evening tea's! We stayed in the room with 4 beds, which had a rather small bathroom, but that's the only small "negative" thing. It's a beautiful Riad with an amazing view on the rooftop, located at 3 minutes from the entrance of the Medina and the perfect place to relax after a day in Fez. We would 100% recommend!

The only downside was the rather small bathroom, but wasn't a problem for us at all!

The room was arranged in a very cozy way and the entire building has an incredible atmosphere. Not to mention the breathtaking terrace where you can enjoy some tea and have a wonderful view of the city. Moussa is the best host you could ever hope for: he accompanied us everywhere we needed and he made us fell like we were home. The quality-price is unbeatable. Best place to stay in Fes. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this accommodation. From the moment we arrived, the host greeted us with a big smile and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. Not only did he assist us with parking and bag transportation, but he also provided us with invaluable tips that greatly enhanced our stay. Furthermore, he kindly walked us through the town to the nearest starting point for our tour. Overall, the host's warm hospitality and helpfulness made our stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a fantastic experience

The best part of staying at this riad was interacting with Moussa and his family. They are incredible hosts. I was traveling solo, and they arranged my pick up at the train station, as well as assisted me with taxi service around the city and back to the train station. They provided many suggestions regarding things to see and do around the city, as well as provided advice regarding avoiding scams. My room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts I had were abundant and delicious.

Everything, but the kindness of Moussa and Ahmed was the best, no doubt. Also se location is excellent and once you get to the square located close to the accommodation they go where you are to help you to arrive to the Dar. Breakfast is the best I ever try, there is a large variety and we never finish it all. Besides, they are always offering you mint tea, every time they see you around the house. I might mention lots of positive things so I totally recommend you this place! You won’t regret 🙌

Beautiful Courtyard and very nice roof top. The host is very kind, they came and pick us up from the main street and walked us the to the restaurant the day we got arrived, which is extremely helpful and reassuring as we are just getting to learn about the streets of maze in Fez. We had really great conversations with the host and learnt a lot about the local culture.
