We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this riad. We booked 3 rooms for 5 people and they were all different and beautiful. Breakfast is really nice and it is a lot! Rooftop terrace is super nice. What a magical view over Fez. We had dinner in a restaurant (palais fes yahya) just a few minutes away and one of the crewmembers brought us. Parking is really convenient in a paid parking lot nearby just a 10 minute walk through Fez. Even with the 9 seater mini-van we rented.

It is not about the accommodation but about a few (mostly younger male) people in Fez. The majority is super friendly. Just follow google maps to your destination. It works fine! Don’t follow the people who want you to point out the road. After a few steps they want money and what you give is never enough….

i cannot express how PERFECT our stay was there because of the staff. We really felt welcomed and warmly taken care of. We didn't think of nothing because everthing was taken care by lovely Nour and ALL her collegues! To tell you, the checl out day we had the transfer ready for the airport and because it was 6 am, the boarding passes that they printed in advance, and a take away breakfast! The secons night we returned very late in the riad and we didn't want to go out so the staff ordered us some dinner for us. They really do their very best to accomodate you and make sure you are happy while staying in their riad. Rooms were very big, with air condition and tv, the riad is amazing in its entirety! Breakfast is abundant, and we were given also a free upgrade. I really never this kind of treatment from any other hotel so i highly recommend this place!

everything was absolutely perfect, i maybe only suggest specifically for our room (Jasmin) a full figure mirror!

Riad Boutique is perfect - loved our stay at the property. We had a gorgeous spacious suite which consisted of a living area and a king size bed (the mattress was a little hard but you get used to it) and a full sized tub. The room had good AC and strong WiFi. Breakfast was included which was nice, consisting of Moroccan pancakes, fresh fruit and juices. On the day we left early for excursions the hotel were kind enough to make us breakfast to go. We also had dinner once and the beef tagine was sublime! The best asset of this hotel is their people. The staff truly made our stay! Nour is a wonderful woman who is kind, genuine and helpful. Always available on WhatsApp. All staff we encountered always had a smile and wanted to ensure we had the most comfortable stay.

It’s hard to fault the Riad itself, the only thing we found difficult was where it was located when coming from the Medina.

The riad itself is beautiful. When you arrive before the check-in they serve you the typical moroccan tee at the "hall". Our room was very lovely and big. Breakfast was amazing and abundant. The staff is very kind and very helpful. There is also a terrace where you can admire a nice view.

I think the daily housekeeping of the room is not included because when we came back from our visit in the city we found the room as we left it, but for us it was not a problem because the room was perfectly clean when we arrived and also because we stayed there only two days. Also, There wasn’t much light in our room and it was a very pity.

I have been in more than 30 countries and stayed in multiple Hotels, houses, apartments, etc. but by far this one was the best that I have been hosted ever. Nour was our host, and she was amazing, gave us the best advices for walking around the city, places to eat, to visit, etc and her hospitality and kindness was awesome. In addition, the place is so beautiful, the rooms perfect and comfortables with all the services needed and we have dinner there one day and Madamme Radia cooked us the best food we have tried in all Morocco, it was really delicius. To me, this is the perfect place in Fez. I recommend it at 1000%.

Nour and Arab and the whole staff really go above and beyond. Nour was so attentive and helpful and understanding, and really made me feel like someone was looking out for me. Being a solo female traveler, this is priceless. What a lovely lteam they have! Take their recommendations as far as how to get around - it could save you a lot of getting lost in the medina - Google maps is not accurate! The food was unbelievably delicious and so authentic. Moroccan salads (not like green salads) are heavenly and the chicken tagine was the best I had in Morocco. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the riad itself is so beautiful. AC works well and if you get a room with a bathtub, it's amazing! Oh and don't forget to check out the view from the terrace ✨ Definitely would come back again! 10/5 stars

the beds are not the most comfortable, it wasn't bad at all.

It was easy to reach, supper friendly and helpful staff. We had an issue with our dessert tour and they helped us a lot to contact the tour company and solve the problem, moreover as we had to leave early in the morning, they offered us a takeaway breakfast which we found supper kind 😊

The room was a bit dark and not enough air as it had very small windows and almost no view so we didn’t like to spend much time in the room, though the rest of the hotel was really nice and we spent our time mainly in its terrace.

The spacious authentic moroccan style riad which makes you feel luxruios in the heart of the old medina. The location was great to explore fez madina. Nour the amazing host and her hospitality starting even befor arriving , she offered to call the taxi driver to describe the location,and after arriving she sent khaled another very helpful staff member to help us with the bags and to find the riyad, she was very welcoming and heartwarming and gave us a map and described every single detail in it ,and gave us very helpfull tips to save us many hassle,at the end of the stay she even gave us a ride to the train station by her own car because it was a weekend and it might be difficult to find a taxi early in the morning, she is really an amazing host .

This is my regular spot whenever I visit Fes. The rooms are nice and large and have good facilities for your traditional Riad. You just have to remember that Riads are traditional houses so don't expect them to be like a hotel. The staff are great and friendly and the hosts are very welcoming. It is a healthy breakfast in the morning and the biggest benefit of this Riad is that you don't have to walk up any ridiculous hills to get there unlike other Riads I have stayed at. After a long day of trekking, this is a blessing trust me! It is also quiet and only a 2min walk and you are outside Bab R'cif with plenty of taxi services available.

Nothing, all was good!

Very welcoming staff and it's right at the entrance of the medina. The room is huge and you are served a nice breakfast with some local breads, and fruits amongst other things. We ordered the dinner which was amazing! It was also better than the restaurants just outside of the riad for the same price. A special thank you to Nour, Salah and Khalid who made us feel at home.

A bit cold inside. But, we were not surprised as the ceilings were high and considering the time of the year (end of November).
