Clean, tidy, helpful staff. Ok breakfast. Convenient for the CTM bus station and the train.

This is nothing to do with the hotel but I want them to be aware. I asked the reception to book me a transfer to the airport. I asked how much it would be and they told me 200 dhirams. But when we got to the airport the driver asked for 250 and of course he had no change and took 260. It’s not a big deal but it’s irritating.

Good location for the train station & places to eat quite a bit cheaper than the Medina

Quite a distance from the Medina, but taxis are cheap enough

It was clean with a spacious room which was clean. Breakfast had a fair selection. Staff were helpful.

Nothing really. A little bit dated But it is a good 45 walk away from the medina. Watch for local taxis and insist they put the meter on

The staff was kind and very helpful. We felt very comfortable here. The pool looked very inviting but it was too cold for us still. However we enjoyed having something to drink sat around it.

I'd change the light in the lift. It is a bit dark in there 😎

+Staff was supercool and friendly + Breakfast alright, nothing fancy or local though + My room had a bathtubs. Haven't been in one for years! Amazing!

Nice staff, good breakfast, handy 10 minute stroll to the long distance bus station. Long but easily walkable to the Palace area.

Nothing, it was a nice and convenient place to stay. I enjoyed my stay.

The location is outside of Medina, so you can go to the entrance with taxis. Good to access from the airport. The reception help my friend to withdraw cash from the atm and let us eat early breakfast for the next destination.

It was amazing for me but just aware It is not riads.

We loved the location, it’s very close to everything. The swimming pool of the hotel was a nice way to survive the hottest part of the day! All of the personnel was really nice and helpful. The airconditioning in the room worked really well!

They had a bit of ant problem in our first room, but we could immediately switch rooms

The welcoming people, and also the fact the had a save place for my bike. They also helped me pointing out where I could fix some things, like buying a sim-card.

It's slightly expensive for the old looks of the hotel (except the fancy swimming pool). The breakfast is super basic.

Staff were so helpful with assisting me with helpful information on Fes as I had a bad situation with the tour guide. Breakfast was fantastic. The pool was so refreshing after a hot day of touring the Medina.

All was to my expectations so I enjoyed my stay. Nothing negative to say.
