The Riad is very beautiful. The food for both breakfast and dinner was delicious. Location very close to the Medina. The staff especially Zakaria were so kind and helpful. The air conditioner in our room didn't really work properly so the room was very hot, but other than that was big, beautiful and comfortable. Recommended for a stay in Fes :)

Everything! Walking distance to the Medina. The riad was beautiful, clean and the staff were so amazing! We cannot thank Fatima and the team enough for all their kindness, attention and care during our 5 days stay. You wont regret experiencing this Riad! Oh, and the hammam and the massage? Just amazing!

Maybe the fact that we had to leave..we didnt want to go!! :(

What a spectacular Riad in the heart of the Medina in Fes. About 7 min walk from the Blue Gate. We were greeting and welcomed so warmly by staff and walked to the door by our driver who picked us up from the train station! This Riad is worth seeing in itself as it’s an incredible work of art in every way. Our every need was catered to and the spacious rooms are better equipped than many 5 star hotels I’ve had the luck to have stayed in. We felt like a king and queen here. The Moroccan hospitality is incredible and this is also felt here from all team members. This RIAD is really special, amazing value for money and impeccably decorated. We enjoyed a magical last night’s stay here ending our awesome adventures three weeks long through magnificent Morocco. Thanks to the whole team for your hospitality and organisation of our transport on both days (also fairly priced by the way). The Riad offers Hammam, massages and more too which we didn’t get to check out personally this time due to our own time limit here, however other guests shared their feedback directly with us and it comes highly recommended! If this place is free on the dates your searching, don’t hesitate to book!

Absolutely nothing to mention!

Very beautiful riad, we absolutely loved it! Our room was also very spacious and beautiful. The hotel offered good private day tours. We took a private half day walking tour in old Medina, which cost 250dh for 2 person. Friendly staff!

Even though we asked and were told that we can pay by card they still wanted cash though we used 1000dh for their services :( We had to contact the director ourselves and only after that the card machine worked the next day. The other thing is that even though we liked the massage, the atmosphere was unprofessional; windows open and noisy street, staff's phones beeping and staff chatting during our treatment. Not so relaxing experience though the massage itself was really good. Third thing; their ride services are so high :( They offered a pickup from the train station for 100dh which is 5 times more than we paid for petit taxi.

I have stayed in several riads in Morocco, but this one has to top my list by a mile. It's cosy, quiet, extremely well located, and absolutely gorgeous. Each morning, the breakfast still amazed us. The place is run by an absolute queen, Fatima, whose professionalism, care, and kindness are second to none. Her integrity and attention are spotless. Same for the staff who make you feel welcome every single day throughout their genuine kindness, clean the room on a daily basis, and contribute to a general feel-good vibes around. The riad also works with a good company for tours, so do not hesitate to book through them should you wish to explore the area or arrange an airport transfer. The room was super beautiful, comfy bed and very clean. I will be back!

The property is close to the entry of the Medina. The riad has a lovely central courtyard with fountain, comfortable seating and dining tables. Our room (Ambre) was large and comfortable. The whole riad is very clean. The bed is big and comfy. I had a massage which was reasonably priced and so convenient inside the riad - very relaxing and professional. Breakfast is plentiful and freshly cooked. Dinner is on request and was also plentiful and delicious. The staff are friendly and kind. I would highly recommend staying at Riad Zamane. * note - payment is only by cash*

The host was difficult to communicate with prior to arrival. The wifi is erratic in the room but fine in the courtyard if really needed. The Ambre room faces the laneway and can be noisy from passing pedestrians and motorbikes. We closed the windows and put the airconditioning on and this helped with the noise. You can request a room that faces inwards to the courtyard, this would be quieter.

Convenience, beautiful decor, very friendly and extremely helpful staff; Kenza, Fatima the manager and Zach. Zach was particularly helpful with our many questions and help with directions and walking us with our bags to our pickup location.

This place was really beautiful from the moment we entered, really traditional and special and beautifully appointed. Our room was on the roof which meant it was very quiet and private with its own private outdoor area. The dinner was just lovely and served in the middle of the riad which was beautiful. Breakfast was also very good and the service/people very helpful and lovely.

It was a long way up to our room, but then that is the nature of a riad. No complaints from us.

Fatima and Karim were wonderful. Dinner was good, breakfast was good every day with different typical Moroccan breads. Fatima’s recommendations for restaurants were very good, and she helped us with the basics of navigating the Medina. One of the nicest rooms we stayed in in Morocco. Relatively quiet although close to the heart of the Medina. They were very accommodating as we needed to leave early one morning by providing breakfast to go.

We sometimes heard people outside in the alley at night, but it was rare and not the property’s fault. And for a tall person, the shower had a protruding corner you could hit your head on when standing under the shower, and a curtain would help keep water from getting out.

Room was vey clean and comfortable, breakfast was traditional Moroccan Riad breakfast and was vey good. Location was a bit far from the Madina but we were able to walk to the central bazar in 15 minutes or so through winding roads. I was expecting a more central location. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and suggested an excellent restaurant to eat at.

Location could certainly have been better, we requested an extra bottle of water and had to pay for it double the price outside. We did not order dinner for our first night and none was available as they told me that they have to book a chef and only do so if a guest has pre-requested food, meaning there was no resident cook.
