The riad is beautiful with gorgeous tiling and plaster work. Our room was very nice with lots of lovely features. The beds were comfortable and we were just warm enough with the aircon going. The breakfast room and courtyard garden are also lovely. The breakfasts were filling and above average for Morocco. We found the terrace after a couple of days and enjoyed the view and some sunshine. The guy that looked after us was awesome, very helpful, always available and interesting to talk to.

The location marker on the map on bookings.com was incorrect by several derbs, so we had a little trouble finding the place and had to phone up. Hopefully this can be fixed for future guests. Like many places in Morocco drainage is an issue and the shower took ages to drain so smelt a little mouldy.

Very large and beautiful riad. The room was great and so was the breakfast.

It is very difficult to find as there are no signs on the main road. The n. 15 on the address on booking is wrong and most wouldn't know where to point you. We were lucky a friendly young man offered to take us for free. It's at the end of a very small alleyway, turning to the right. The door is locked so you need to knock loudly or ring them up.

This riad was amazing. They welcomed us like family, they were super friendly and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with their service. They also recommend a very good restaurant near the riad. The riad is located inside the medina, which makes it perfect to shop around without worrying about transportation. The breakfast was included and they offered to have it ready for us before our departure. Thank you omar and isam for the great service.

It lies in the middle of the historical city and provides you with the unique experience to live in a traditional moroccan house. Moreover Omar,the receptionist is very friendly and will help you estimating the prices of different things that you want to buy. The breakfast takes place in a moroccan decorated room,which makes you feel like the sultan. It is the ideal retreat from the craziness of the moroccan city life.

I love the atmosphere and the spirit of this Riad. Just by the one of main Fes street so easy to reach even during dark hours. Mr Alavi is a kind man and his hospitality was heart warming. If there is anything you concerned about just ask him and he will do his best.

The owner picked us out from the airport. Clean and comfortable car with very reasonable price in comparison to other taxis. Almost half the price. This is our second visit to FEZ. Friendly, educated owner who can speak French, Arabic and English. This helps. Also, can show you around if you wish. The location is amazing. Currently there is repair outside this place, but this did not effect us at all. Extremely silent place. Good for sleep and to relax.

The internet was not so strong, but apparently the owner working on it & it seems FEZ is an old city and internet issue is everywhere. But this will not change our love to this place.

The room was very spacious for our family of five. The host offered great service and was on hand to answer any questions I have prior to my arrival and I was able to book a guided tour through them. Omar was extremely helpful in guiding us around the local area and gave great recommendations. The breakfast was also great.

No issues

Very warm welcome. The room is clean and has a lot of space for 2 people. The location is in the middle of the medina but you can't hear any of it when you're in the riad.

The wifi is unstable with a lot people in the hotel.

We had such a good time. Staff were so helpful and kindness. My parents don't speak any word in English and French but for many times I saw they having an amazing interaction with them, it meant a lot for us! A very especial thanks to the Staff Auma, he was giving us a truly 5 five stars service, super attentive and very gentle! We highly recommend the hotel, they made the our trip to Morocco unique!

Great location in the Medina but not far from the main entry to the Medina. The hotel provided a fantastic tour guide and restaurant recommendations. The staff was very pleasant as well.
