welcome was perfect - friendly staff, quick, efficient. riad is spacious - able to eat indoors, outdoors, in room breakfast is traditional - you order in advance but can change daily, and order more if required. We ate one dinner in Riad - home cooked food - delicious Room was clean, comfortable, spacious. Staff all friendly, helpfull - a very homely feel. location is out of town - but this is noted on the website. easy to get taxi's into Fes, and airport. being out of town a blessing for us as you can escape and relax from the bust Fes atmosphere.

Beautiful Riad with stunning interior decor, friendly staff who went above & beyond especially zahra. Rooms were clean & spacious, hotel was very relaxing and a peaceful place to rest and unwind. The hotel had very good facilities especially the pool which was surrounded by a beautiful well groomed garden. The owner of the hotel was very friendly who introduced herself and was very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious that included a variety of choice, the traditional Moroccan food menu was delicious and we sampled a wide variety during our stay. We stayed for two night and will definitely return in the future & would definitely recommend to friends & family. Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

We only stayed for one night. But let me tell you about the dreamiest Authentic atmosphere of the traditional Moroccan architecture and decor combined with a peaceful ambiance. Our room was Sofia (I think) it was so unique and charming. We received a personalized Service that I would never forget. The food was also delicious especially Breakfast by the pool 🫶🏼. And when they called a cab for us, the driver was asked to take a good care of us. Thank you so much 😊 We will come back soon

We stayed only for one night unfortunately

An Oasis of calm and tranquillity, with the most beautiful and charming garden space. The staff were endlessly helpful and I got exactly what I wanted from my time there, a calm and relaxed couple of days.

These were not big issues for me but potentially for some other travellers. A) There is little to do or see within walking distance, it is very much on the edge of town B) I was not a fan of the lighting of the garden at night which was far too bright and colourful i.e. reds, greens etc (that's a personal choice)

The riad is beautiful and very peaceful. we loved the surroundings and our room was so nice with a very big terrace. The swimming pool was very nice and the garden area around the pool. We loved the animals who live at the property too!

We loved the property and we chose it because we had a hire car and we didn’t want to drive too close to the centre. It was very easy to get into the centre and the riad staff were very helpful and booked the taxis.

This Place was such a nice and quite Oasis. Everything was wonderful: amazing Pool area, beautiful Garden and Top- Rooms . but the real difference that made it a 10 out of 10 were the 2 wonderful, helpful 2 ladies from the frontdesk: Zahra and Nassima! both acted OUTSTANDING in hospitality, helpfulness and a service which is just EXCELLENT. both made our stay Perfect : they read each desire from our eyes and organized everything. Even More challenging requests. this was the best Service we had on our whole morocco Trip with stays in > 10 different accomodations. thanks to both for this experience.

What a wonderful Riad, it ticks every box for character, comfort and first class service. The public area and pool area are excellent, what a delight it must be to have breakfast by the pool in the morning. (Unfortunately overcast the morning we were there). The staff were so friendly, helpful and efficient and a credit to the riad. Our room, Sophia, number 4, was a really good size and very comfortable. It had a fridge , kettle, coffee machine and TV. There was a large balcony but it looked onto a busy road, (with such a nice pool area this is not an issue). The bathroom was once again a very good size. Breakfast was excellent, fabulous choices and wide selection made the night before. All fresh and really well presented. We went out for something to eat which was a mistake, much better idea to have dinner in the Riad which I'm sure would be very good. They arranged a taxi for us to the airport for 120Dh, only takes about fifteen minutes. This riad is ideal for anyone with a car or wanting to be close to the airport for an early departure. In summary, fabulous riad which was very comfortable and relaxing, ideal as a base if you only want to nip into the Medina and go on day trips. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

The reception staff was very kind and supportive in accommodating all our special requirements. The facility is located conveniently close to the airport. The Hotel can arrange for you a safe transport to the airport at any time day/night (15 minutes drive, cost 120 D). The restaurant serves excellent traditional dishes upon reservation (3 hours upfront). Spa was under maintenance at the time, however the swimming pool and lush garden surrounded by walls, offer a peaceful break from the buzz of the City Center. Recommended.

Perhaps the shower looked a bit too modern in comparison with to the rest of the awesome traditional architecture of the building. Nothing serious though. The room was great and with a big balcony facing the swimming pool/garden.

Beautiful villa with a lovely pool and gardens spacious bedroom and bathroom and amazing terrace. The staff are so friendly and helpful... lovely people. Not too far from the centre of Fes by car but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. 5 minutes walk to cafes and shops. Absolutely loved our stay.

Great breakfast and all of the food ordered from the menu was very nice and good value. Nassima and her team are all fantastic and incredibly helpful. Great satellite TV in the room was an unexpected bonus with Sky, BT and TNT sports all available - not sure that my wife felt quite the same way about that though TBF !
