The location was superb - peaceful with a lovely view over the mountains. The family room was a good size, with a lovely private terrace and comfortable beds. The reception/dining room was cosy with a log burner going at breakfast and dinner, so we were toasty warm while eating lovely food and discussing plans for the next day. Muhammad was a great host, organising a mountain bike trip and suggesting a drive over Tiz-n-test pass for our journey to Agadir, which was a stunning route. Lovely family, very welcoming. Would highly recommend.

me and a friend had a wonderful stay, the responsible, Mohamed, was incredibly helpful, and also helped us to arrange a Toubkal trek through their partner company which was also excellent. He also helped us in arranging our taxis to and from Marrakech, with airport pickup and drop off/meeting with the owner at the Marrakech riad. When we first arrived, the location took us by surprise as it is a couple of minutes walk down narrow paths only accessible by foot, but its totally worth it to be a little way out of Imlil and have stunning views over the valley, plus Mohamed helped us with our bags. We had the room in the highest part of the building, meaning we had the roof terrace almost all to ourselves, which was much needed for a day of rest after the trek! Don't hesitate to book this place if you're looking for a stay in Imlil, its absolutely beautiful, so clean, comfortable, and such a friendly welcome, nothing is too much trouble.

Nothing - but make sure you take up Mohamed's offer of meeting you on arrival or it would be difficult to find the property. Don't be British about things, let them help you out!

Loved my stay here. Mohamed helped me organize my Toubkal summit trip and took care of the guide and equipment. The rooms are nicely decorated and warm showers with good water pressure. Especially the rooms on the frontside have wonderful mountain views. Dinner served is very tasteful!

Was ok for me but as mentioned in other comments, it is good to know that the location is about a 5 minute walk down a narrow path.

OH WOW!!!! Everything about this place is beyond perfect!!!!! The setting is stunning, the rooms are so beautifully decorated and super comfortable, our terrace was gigantic and with stunning views!!!!!. The breakfast was excellent, everything was clean, the pool area was just 😍😍😍😍. The family that run it are lovely and the evening meal we had there was just out of this world - the best tahini we had our whole trip. Lovely chill out areas to use. Do not hesitate to book here you will not regret it. We would love to go back again.

This Riad is phenomenal with many traditional features. My room was exquisite with a balcony and direct access to the terrace with amazing Atlas Mountain views. A kettle, coffee, and sugar were available in the room. Filter water was also available in the communal area. The pool area was fab and well maintained with ample seating and some sun loungers where I relaxed one afternoon to the sound of sheep, donkeys, and chickens utter peace and tranquility. Personally, I did not feel comfortable using the pool as located in rural Morrocco, respecting local culture, but certainly dipped my toes in, and it was so refreshing. Traditional Morrocan breakfast provided. I appreciated the lovely coffee, freshly squeezed juice, and the messaman. Hospitality was well balanced and organised a taxi to Marrakech. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Riad, an amazing property with stunning views of the Atlas Mountains for 2-3 nights.

On my first night, my room got flooded with water from a hole in the shower. This was rather stressful!!! There was no hairdryer in my room. When I asked for one, this was quickly rectified. For me personally, there was too much bread for breakfast, maybe some fruit and yoghurts to cater for wider dietary needs. The Riad is located 2kms from the village of Imlil with some dirt tracks to be negotiated. For me personally, this was not a problem as an avid hiker and did lend itself to full immersion into village life. You are very much immersed in Morrocan village life with very limited tourist infrastructure, which may not appeal to everyone. I think the information that is sent to clients on booking.com needs to be updated. I was charged €40 for the taxi rather than the stated €35.

One of the mostly beautiful places I have been - the perfect spot to relax. It's a bit outside of Imlil center, but within wslking-distance, only an advantage because it is authentic and quiet contact o locals. Stunning view on the mountain-range. The rooms are very nicely and authentically decorated. Mohamed assisted us regarding organization of hikes and transport. Shuttle from and to Marrakech very convenient. Home-made supper as well as the breakfast excellent! We felt like staying with friends. We didn't want to leave.

Beautiful quiet village location in Imlil. Picturesque walks direct from the hotel. The outdoor terraces with Mountain views are especially nice. Breakfast was served on the lower one and was delicious, We didn’t use the pool as it wasn’t warm enough when we were there as the location is already quite high in the mountains, but it looked lovely - perfect for summer. Rooms were comfortable, and the owner is very helpful. We would stay again.

Be aware you can’t drive direct to the hotel. Parking is next to the river and then approx 300-400m to walk on a rough path. We loved it but might not suit everyone, The owner is really helpful and helped carry our luggage.

The view from the terrace was simply breathtaking - my absolute favorite about this property.

There was a hole in the shower (we got the explanation beforehand) however it made the showering quite uncomfortable and difficult as we had to make sure we’re not gonna flood our room, which it almost happened every time. Also, the accommodation is quite hard to reach - from the point you park your car - walking on a narrow path for about couple of minutes - the first time you definitely need someone showing you the path as you’d not believe there can be something at the end of it.
