I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel in the Atlas Mountains, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the peaceful, calming atmosphere. The serenity of the mountains combined with the hotel's tranquil setting made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The entire place was impeccably clean, with every detail carefully considered to ensure comfort and relaxation. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive. This was my first visit, but it certainly won't be my last. If you're looking for a place to unwind, enjoy nature, and experience exceptional service, this hotel is an absolute gem. I can’t wait to return!"

Beautiful pool. Grounds were nice. Rooms were huge and well decorated. (Could have used a little better dusting). Fun foos ball table and ping pong for the kids to enjoy. A ton of beautiful seating areas to relax around the property both inside and out. Nice little restaurant with pretty good food. Breakfast was ok. We had a fire set for us in our room fireplace one night that was very nice, although it smoked up our room for a while.

WiFi was poor throughout property. The restaurant area was where it was strongest. Hard to find staff around during the day.

Ksar Sharma is situated in a fantastically beautiful location, surrounded by the stunning Atlas Mountains, and just over an hour’s drive from Marrakesh Airport. We spent three nights at this wonderful hotel and cannot rate it highly enough. From the moment of our arrival, we were greeted warmly by Fouzia and throughout our stay experienced only the highest standard of service, always warm and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in one of the suites and the accommodation was perfect with views to the olive trees outside and the mountains beyond. Even if it was chilly outside, there were heaters and extra blankets for the bed in our accommodation to ensure we were never cold. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner each day at the hotel and the service and quality of food could not be faulted. Both Mohamed and Jalil were always extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a fantastic and memorable stay at Ksar Sharma and would highly recommend this hotel for the fantastic location, as well as the warmth, friendliness and quality of service. We definitely plan to return.

The views of the atlas mountains are stunning and the property itself is beautiful and well maintained. Service from Mohammed was excellent! For the first two nights, it felt like we had the place to ourselves which was lovely.

We would have liked to know more about the activities available in the area. Also the spa has been closed for two years, which we were unaware of until we arrived.

I had an amazing stay , beautiful hotel with serene surroundings and beautiful landscapes , provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff was incredibly hospitable and attentive to our needs , and special thanks to Fouzia for her great help. I highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking to enjoy some peace and tranquility.

Ouirgane is a fantastic location off the beaten track. No hassle from locals here, just very friendly service with fantastic views. Helped us organise a brilliant hike of local area. Boulles and Padel on site. Area has recently been hit by earthquake so damage is visible great to visit and help the area recover

The location is absolutely beautiful in the pink foothills of the Atlas Mountains near a small village. It's a great place to just stop and have some time out. The pool is amazing (quite cold but it was April and I don't think pools are generally heated in Morocco!) and very clean. The staff are absolutely brilliant- there when you need them but not hovering! We had the place almost to ourselves and the kids enjoyed exploring the gardens, roof terrace, pool, table football whilst we had lovely breakfasts. We ate mostly in the hotel for snacks/ other meals too and the food is genuinely excellent and reasonably priced. We are considering coming back with several other families for a longer stay. We also went on a hike with Ahmed which was arranged by the hotel- on a 3 hour trek we visited salt fields, ancient berber houses, groves and a village- there was a mule for the kids and at the end Ahmeds wife cooked us lunch at their home where we played some music together- it was absolutely magical and unforgettable. Go and do this before the rest of the world finds out how lovely it is!

The only thing was that the lovely lady on reception (who is genuinely lovely and has spent considerable time helping us find a special scarf my 6yr old lost) has to use a slightly odd system for paying taxis etc where you need cash. We had no idea and didn't bring much, so that could've been an issue- I think she could seem a bit abrupt asking for it but actually it's just lost in translation and she's great. We went during ramadan and there is a mosque close by which was a bit loud first thing, but thats pretty standard for any muslim country!

All staff went out of their way to ensure we had all we needed. They were friendly and professional, but not imposing.

I asked for something specific, and they really remembered and made sure to make it happen, Very nice. Little oasis in the area. Breakfast was the best I've had in this area. Pool and public area was comfortable and fun.

Wifi was really bad. Overpriced in my opinion. Only booked here because my usual spot in the area was full.

Excellent place with a lot of green gardens and a great swimming pool. Great food and service.
