If you’re looking for a night away from the busy streets of the medina then this camp is perfect, it’s an hour drive but only cost us £15 in a taxi! Our luxury tent was absolutely stunning & there’s a good selection of food in the restaurant. We pretty much had the whole camp to ourselves which was really nice. There’s WiFi in the chill area and they don’t serve alcohol but it’s a nice touch for a relaxing day and night in the desert & the staff were welcoming and really friendly

Sooooooo quiet, place to stay to be totally unconnected and take some time out
We weren’t aware they don’t serve alcohol in the restaurant but they don’t mind you bringing your own

I loved the surroundings, the view and the nature and the personell where service minded. The rooms were excellent but in one of the rooms (the cheaper deluxe ones) there were some disturbing noice a long way passed midnight. I guess it was from the generator. We stayed in two different types of room and even though the noice was a bit disturbing I think the deluxe room was more value for the money than the bigger prestige tent. The gym was small but efficient.
The breakfast could have been a bit better with more selection of bread and cheese. They had eggs if you asked but there were no signs about it.

- Perfect 1 night stay away from the hussle and bussle of Marrakech. If the outdoor pool was a heated pool, I would have rated it a perfect 10. - We booked the Prestige tens and the tent was large and spacious. The large bed was comfortable for 2 adults and our young kid - The tents had a dedicated outdoor seating and a swing where we spent most of the evening. - Snacks and dinner was was good and surprisingly not very expensive, especially when you consider there is only 1 real option you have when you live so far out
- Breakfast was primarily Moroccon and a tad bit too sweet for our liking. Would have liked cornflakes and some type of eggs as well - The sink area did not have a hook to hang the hand towels. They should put a few hooks in the bathroom in general - Have the option of brighter lights for people who like more light in their tent. Some corners of the tent especially next to the couch had absolutely no light - The price of the activities was a tad bit too expensive. Since we drove our own car we simply drove to Agafay desert and paid for the activities there which was in some cases half of the prices the property offered.

Where do I start, I recently stayed at Kalyptus Luxury Camp, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Zakaria El Aiboud, the manager literally, went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. From helping with the booking process to organizing an unforgettable surprise proposal for my now-fiancé, Imane, Zakaria and his team truly made our experience magical. Without him, it wouldn’t have been possible! The tent we stayed in, Fes, was fantastic—super comfortable beds, perfect air conditioning, and the immersive natural setting was just what we needed to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. The camp’s unique and exotic ambiance is hard to match. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast delivered right to our room, adding to the overall charm of our stay. A huge thank you to Zakaria and his staff for their incredible hospitality and for making our trip so memorable. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat into nature, Kalyptus Luxury Camp is the place to be!
Absolutely nothing!

The camp is extremely luxurious and peaceful, we stayed in a prestige tent with a patio area over looking the mountains. The bed was huge, the biggest bed I've ever seen and perfectly comfortable with a huge selection of pillows. The sitting area was comfortable and had air-conditioning unit above it, we chose to have our evening meals and breakfast in our tent at the sitting area rather than the restaurant. The food was incredible, so tasty and beautifully presented, having a la carte style meal served in the tent felt intimate and luxurious. The pool area was lovely, very clean and comfortable and fresh towels laid out on the sunbeds regularly during the day, the pool temperature was perfect for cooling off when it got too hot. The camp has a intimate luxury honeymoon for 2 vibe, it's about enjoying each other's company and switching off from everything else. Book the half board option, the breakfast is excellent and the evening 3 course meal was delicious and varied, so much better than the lunch we had in the restaurant area.
My only complaint was no hand soap provided in the bathroom.

We had an amazing experience starting with the warm reception upon arrival with fresh cocktails, as well as exquisite design pieces and panoramic views around the resort. Great and friendly staff as well as tasty local and international cuisine. Thank you!
Just 1 towel hanger in the bathroom, obviously it is not enough for 2 people and 4 towels. I would suggest better cleaning of carpets in the room, too. Some ides for the resort: cinema under the open sky and shisha & cocktails after sunset would be great attractions for guests.

I felt like a Princess there. It’s a beautiful place in the middle of nowhere. It’s beautiful there and everyone is extremely nice and friendly. Hotel helps with activities we can recommend. It’s perfect place to forget about problems and find the balanse. Internet connection is not that good, so not for people who want to work from there.
It would be nice to have some shelf under the shower for cosmetics, hairdryer in the room and any cover under the shower - when we took the shower, all bathroom was full of water.

This camp is definitely a must for a 2 night stay if you're in need of escaping the hustle and bustle city life Marrakech has. It's around an hour ride away from Marrakech's centre so not too far of a journey. The peace and tranquility you find here is unmatched and my partner and I throughly enjoyed the views. The staff are very friendly and ensure that you're well accommodated throughout your stay. A very special thank you to Sukaya who was oustanding when we met during meals/Catering parts of the stay (I hope I have spelt your name correctly!). They had an entertainment service on our second night which was a nice surprise and amazing to hear desert music/cultural sounds. A very traditional touch!
The beds were quite hard so took some adjusting to and the pool wasn't clean enough for a swim on our first full day but fine for the second full day we were there. We had the half board which worked out okay but because you are located in the middle of nowhere maybe opt for the full board because there aren't any other options.

The camp is simply stunning. From the moment of walking through the gates it was absolutely superb. The pool is beautiful and grounds immaculate. The gravel is freshly raked daily! The we stayed in the basic tents which were very luxurious, 5 star decor and had good aircon. We were a family of 4 so had two. The breakfast was exceptional and the setting whilst eating absolutely lovely. The staff were so helpful. We booked two 2 person dune buggies for a 2 hour trip to the lake and desert. It wasn’t cheap but a definite highlight and strongly recommended. Our 9 and 11 year old kids loved it. (As did the parents) I accidentally booked the wrong day and they changed the booking with no fuss and gave us a very late checkout meaning we could use the pool the next day.
The only complaint (not really a complaint but issue) is there were quite a few mosquitos for the few hours around dusk. Before and after this they were not a problem at all. The route to get there is not a paved road but easily accessible in a rental car from the north. (The way from most places) Caution from the south (we came from Imlil) as there is a river crossing which at the end of May was impassible so we had to detour around. Not really an issue.
