Very nice quirky little place away from the hustle and bustle. Love the village feeling of being out of the centre.

Nothing not to like really apart from being a bit out in the middle of nowhere

It was very comfortable, staff was very friendly and accommodating, and it offered 3 meals: breakfast (which was included), lunch, and dinner (both at an extra cost).

Location was a bit far from the city, but they offered a free shuttle service to and from the city after check in.

This is such a cute little place, absolutely beautiful in it's charm, it's dark, cosy authentic and as rural as you can get. The staff are super friendly but not overly friendly so you are left to your own devices. Food was good, easy and quick. We ate here most nights, breakfasts was mostly cakes and pastries with coffee, teas,juice. Room comfortable and charming with AC separate loo /shower area. It really is like the pictures. Was super clean, didn't spot any ants unlike our previous hotel. It's quiet of you want a real escape this is it. If you want 5 star treatment this isn't the place for you, but what you will experience is the true character of a very rural rhiad recommended for two or three nights visit.

Liked it all, was a shame that spa area wasn't really up to scratch, but it's off season and as a rural venue I don't think they do enough treatments to have super skilled spa /treatments that you'd expect. But had a passable massage but not life changing as I have had on holidays before.

Everything in this property is exceptional!! We loved it. Would definitely stay again there. As for transportation, If you have a car, it’s not far from the city, it takes you 25-30 mins. They even provide a free shuttle. All staff are very friendly and helpful, you feel you are among family. As for the location, very peaceful, very quiet and you’re surrounded by a great view, birds and beautiful weather. Five stars 10/10 for cleanliness and tidiness. Staff cleans on daily basis, not just the rooms, the handrails, the doors, the windows everything inside outside. The rooms are spacious and very authentic. The food is really nice, and the best is their Moroccan tea wow!! Even if you arrive late at night, the night staff will welcome you with warm heart and a big smile asking how was your day. You can access a very clean pool too and enjoy a breathtaking view to the dessert and Atlas mountain from the rooftop. You can speak Arabic, French and English. A well spent holiday and worth booking. We had a lovely wedding anniversary. A special shoutout and a huge thank you for Hicham and Mehdi.

I loved the characterful room which was very comfortable and the rest of the hotel was gorgeous and interesting. The pool area was very pleasant. The food was delicious!

The wifi in my room was not good - it was not possible to work remotely in my room. The food was great but a more extensive menu would have been helpful as I was getting bored ordering the same things after the third night!

The property is unique and original, a traditional Kasbah located in a village just outside of the city. It’s Riad style with all the traditional designs. The staff were very friendly and helpful for the most part.

There isn’t a clear route to the property, especially if it’s for the first time. It’s almost 35 min to Marrakech city also the food, drinks and facilities are limited.

The Kasbah was beautiful and traditional and very friendly and relaxing place to stay. Really quite away from the hustle and bustle of central Marrakech itself but easy to get a taxi from reception and 30 drive

Nothing about the hotel itself. However it is difficult to find and Google maps will, if your driving try and take you across a bumpy mud off road track. My advice is follow the N9 and then use sat nav from their.

This place is a marvellous oasis of peace and good energy. I spent one week here and I loved every second of it. This hotel is managed by very kind and helpful people. The rooms are cosy and in Morocco style, very elegant and well kept. I've felt safe with the taxi drivers from the hotel all the time. Always willing to go extra mile to help me. I loved that there were no noises and even the other customers were quite and respectful of the peace this place had. The terrace on top of the room is breath taking. You can see the atlas mountains. Around the hotel is just desert-like plains with palms, blue sky and mountains on the horizon. No noises, lots of nature and peace and if you want to go in the Marrakech city centre they offer a free shuttle service twice a day. Everything is spotless clean. Cab from or to the airport is 200DHM/ 20€. Breakfast is abundant and delicious. I would suggest just some fruit and water other than coffe, tea, milk and orange juice. Fresh and beautiful swimming pool. Delicious food at the hotel restaurant for very good prices. The energy of this place is very good and safe. I loved it so much that I will be back next month. I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED, this hotel. And as a heavy traveler I can say that this wast probably my best holiday ever. Thank you everyone at the hotel for being so kind and helpful. Arianna from Italy.

I would just suggest a choice of fruit at breakfast and still/sparkling water on the buffet.

We asked for a transfer before arriving which the hotel sorted for us. Room was ready straight away. our room was lovely, over looking a courtyard.hotel was quiet, tucked away in the palmarie. Everything we needed the staff were able to sort out. Our excursion got cancelled, they called the tour operator, booked an alternative taxi for us and saved the day we had a nice quiet last day, swimming, booking hammam and having lunch.the hotel also booked our return transport. I will book again

the staff’s really helpful and welcoming. the property is easily reachable from marrakech - but useful advice is, do not try to reach it from the direction of the palmerie cause there’s no road from there. the bed is really comfortable, our favourite part was the pool and the rooftop with nice view of the palmerie. very good value for the money, i totally recommend

only thing i would say as negative is the breakfast. there are a lot of delcious sweet cakes but i missed the wider selection of salty foods like eggs or cheeses.
