We stayed three nights and two nights, either side of a trip up onto the Annapurna Circuit. I could write a very long paragrah about what we liked. The location is central and the hotel is pleasingly modern in style. The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. There was plenty of storage, the bed was comfortable, the airconditioner/heater worked well and the supply of hot water very good. In fact, pretty much everything was very good, and if we come to Pokhara again, we will definitely stay there again. Our room (503) had a balcony and a superb across the lake.

There was nothing we did not like. If asked by the manager/owner to suggest an improvement I would say add two or three dollars to the room rate (it would still be very good value) and, with both Asian and Western tastes in mind, add a little more variety to breakfast menu which would elevate it from good to very good.

We stayed at the hotel twice, either side of a trip to Jomsom. The location is very good and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and convenience stores within easy walking distance. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. (503 has a balcony and the best view over the lake.) The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the Wi-Fi worked well, as did the air-conditioner/heater and water heater. If we return to Pokhara we will certainly stay there again.

The breakfast was more than adequate. That said, if I were the manager, I would consider adding two or three dollars to the room rate, which would still make it very good value, to ensure all tastes, whether Western or Asia, are fully catered for.

My wife and I came to Pokhara for a wedding and were reccomended that we stay at the Urban Boutique Hotel. So glad we did. The view from the room of the lake was amazing and the price very reasonable! The room was spacious and had all the mod cons we like, room service, AC, a descent shower, tea an coffee making facilities etc. Jagadish, the Manager was great and looked after us really well, as did the staff, especially Bijay Gurung. The hotel is situated close to the lake so great for walks, especially in the evening with people selling goods by the lakeside and lined with some pretty descent bars and restaurants as well as shopping (be prepared to haggle and shop around as the difference between shops can be 300-600%!!). We visited the Anapurna Gardens twice, which is a 5-10 mins walk away, please see my review for this bar and restaurant. Thank you for a lovely stay! We will be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Pokhara. The location is perfect. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable, very light and clean, with amazing lake view from my balcony. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional staff (Binay and others), who were friendly and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. My time here has left me with fond memories of Pokhara, largely thanks to the warm hospitality of this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the area and would stay there again if I come back to Pokhara.

The hotel is located at very nice place. Just on main road of lake but the balcony of my room was facing the lake with no disturbance from road. All the best pubs and restaurant's are at walking distance. The boating point is also at walking distance. There was an issue with complimentary breakfast as there was no indian food mentioned. We raised the issue and the hotel management was kind enough to go out of way and provide us the Indian breakfast as per our liking and that too of very good taste, even better than majority of Indian restaurant's. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. I stayed at 5th floor super deluxe room

I stayed at the hotel's lake view rooms (403/404). The main thing that I and my family enjoyed the electrifying beauty of the hills and lakes that come together in some far horizon. Very few feedback of my overall 3 nights in stay - 1. Having the door with secondary key option without disturbing the insiders to open multiple times. 2. A glowing coloured LED light (At night) at the entrance to identify the hotel for distinguishing with others. 2. If possible keep the restaurant on with minimum food option for snacks and some varieties in breakfast apart from English breakfast. Conclusion: Me and my family are simply bold over by the amazing humbleness and hospitality of the entire team of the hotel's (staffs and chefs). Special thanks to owner. Kudos!

We have stayed at the Urban Boutique four times now over last two years and it seems to get better every time. The staff are all amazing, the rooms are modern and very clean and the lake views from the balcony are wonderful. The breakfast is also delicious and filling. I can't say enough about this place. Do not hesitate to book here as it is certainly one the best value for money properties we have ever stayed at.

The location is perfect - easy walking distance to everything of interest at Lakeside Pokhara. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling and welcoming. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with nice views over the lake. Too bad it was so hazy and rainy during our stay as it would have been an epic view on a clear day. Nice free breakfast was included in our stay.

Amazing! Everything was perfect. The rooms, the shower, the staff, its basic, but it was clean, comfortable, and feels like a proper hotel for the price range. We booked for a week, and extended for another week. A great property in Pokhara.

- Insects on the balcony which probably cant be avoided. - Breakfast was okay, but can be better. - Otherwise, a perfect stay!

Fantastic location with unimpeded Lake views. A big bonus is that the hotel has a lift - unlike many other Nepali hotels that only have stair access. I had a king room (with a view) which was large and very comfortable - top floor for rooms which I greatly recommend. Air conditioning was very effective. Hotel is located in an easy to access area of Pokhara with lots of nearby restaurants and shops. This hotel was only opened about 6 months ago and still is very clean and new. It was good value for money.

1. Shower above the bath worked well with lots of hot water - but no shower curtain or glass separation which resulted in water spraying all over the bathroom floor. 2. The breakfast was OK, but could have been better.
