Great location, although out of the city centre, but only 20 minutes tram ride to the city centre,the property was good modern , friendly and helpful staff.

Only downside, but not a major problem for us, was the confusing layout off the property, but eventually got used to it and like many others took us awhile to find the entrance.

Very clean, nice rooms with excellent views outside. Easy to access from the central Amsterdam with the tram. Free refreshments in the fridge.

The staff were drilling something on several evenings nearby, disturbing my sleep. The entrance could be marked bit better, it was bit hard to find.

I’m afraid as much as I love it here They need to spend more on comfortable proper mattresses rather than huge oversized lampshades The double mattress is good but the singles are bad The twin mattress hung over the side and wee way too soft with no support

Location of hotel is great, you get direct tram to central in 20min and grocery store is just 2 min walk from hotel. There is parking near hotel at 7.5 euro/24 hr. Breakfast was great as well. Hotel structure is little confusing with 2 lifts and you need to go to reception at 8th floor first and then to floor for your room passing through 3 different doors.

Pretty, comfortable and spacious room. A bit unusual hotel - top three floors in the building, but we liked it, it offered a beautiful view over channels and the city. Twenty minutes ride by tram to the Central station was very convenient. The staff was really nice and helpful.

I didn't like the payment policy. I don't mind paying before the arrival, but the way the hotel manages is weird, to say the least. They made a reservation on my credit card, but I also had to pay via the link the hotel sent to me. So I've already been at home and my bank will keep the money reserved for another 10 days ( as all reservations are kept for 14 days). And we didn't get any info about this in advance. It's just inadmissible practice.

There were no bathrobe nor slippers as it had mentioned this will be provided. I guess also breakfast e d time was not mentioned when he had first checked in and we had also had forgotten to see it written in the walls near the check-in wr had missed it by 10mins, a refund could have been provided. The reception staff just seemed to have had attitude with everything for some reason, when I had spoke about the robe, slippers not breakfast, don't know this might have been just her normal body language but the service was new to me. I've have had better. Overall not a bad place

The location and access to public transport nearby is useful. There is access to grocery store nearby in a relatively quiet neighborhood area with a very nice view. The free minibar is a lovely touch and was much appreciated after a long flight. Affordable pricing options for rooms made this hotel an easy choice for us, among the other overpriced hotel options available online. The breakfast is pretty good, is unlimited, is full of variety, and is probably well worth the price we paid for it. Staff was typically very helpful and friendly to us throughout our visit.

Some things in the room looked worn down or were damaged slightly...For example we had an issue with the small fridge not closing properly, and issues with the room temperature system not working at all. The room soaps and tissue paper were not all fully replenished before we first checked into our room. Room or lobby could have had a microwave for the guests to use, but it did not. Pillows were small and square instead of rectangle, so they were actually quite uncomfortable to lay on.

all great, loved the staff, the breakfast the room is clean and comfy. loved it.

entrance and lift is a disaster ... dirty, never cleaned, and shabby. if i didn't know the hotel is actually ok i would immediate rebook elsewhere. staff: please do something about the lift. it's not up to your standards.

We liked that they provided a cot for our 4 month old, the free tea, coffee and fruit in the mornings and the view of the waters. It’s on the 8th floor and the lift service is pretty quick. The location is 30 mins from Central Amsterdam eg Dam Square. Theres a Bagel and Beams and 2 supermarkets within walking distance (stones throw) which was very useful throughout our trip. The room was cleaned well and they provided lots of towels. Gave us an ironing board pretty quickly when asked. The drinks in the fridge on the first day were complimentary which was nice. The curtains were black out which were great as the windows are huge and we thought light would pop in but it didn’t. Overall, an enjoyable stay!

The pillows were basically cushions and there’s a lot of building work going on. It’s not disturbing in the night obviously but the massive crane does get in the way of the view of the waters.

The hotel is not in the center but is well located, with transport at the door (tram) 12m from the central station. The area is well served by commerce and restaurants. The room is a generous size and has a wonderful view. The staff is friendly and attentive. Coffee, tea and fruit always available at reception.

The hotel occupies only the 7th and 8th floors of the building. The entrance to the street is poorly maintained and has no obvious access. The room shows some wear and tear and cleaning could be improved. The corridors leading to the rooms smell bad.
