Good location, a nice quiet street, spacious enough for the 3 of us. Great shower. Nice and private. It's around a 30-minute walk into the center but we didn't mind walking every day as we like to explore. Rich was very helpful and nice.

We believed breakfast was included but it wasn't, Rich did kindly provide some yogurt and berries which wasn't suitable for us (two people don't have dairy) so we just went to a nearby location for breakfast. This was the only disappointing aspect everything else was great.

This trip was a 18th birthday trip for my step-daugther. Suffice to say she had a wonderful time in Amsterdam, and she found the flat perfect as a base. She loved the room and facilities, it was in a great location, and she said it was lovely and cosy. For my part, it was a pleasure dealing with the host - great communications, friendly and helpful and he even gave them two bottles of bubbly. Top notch service - thank you for making a great weekend for them.

I asked my step-daughter and she said "the fact that we had to come home" :) There really is nothing not to like.

The location of this apartment was perfectly located for walking or hopping on to either a subway or tram within 1 block. Apartment was as advertised and had everything we needed even a little fan/cooler which was helpful on what would be considered a hot day in Amsterdam.

Wish we had additional fan/cooling device given the temperature was higher than expected in the apartment.

Our stay offered convenient access to central Amsterdam, just 2-3 stops away. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, and I would highly recommend this accommodation to others. Tibi, UK

Very convenient location. If you have kids this the best place. It has a direct connection to everywhere in Amsterdam. Metro is located just at the door step. There is a cafe next door which serves drinks and food. AH supermarket is nearby.

Washing machine wasn’t working at the moment. Apart from that we had a very comfortable stay.

Very friendly owners that offered airport transfers. Fresh fruit, juice and yoghurt provided for breakfast (although the photo of the English breakfast is slightly misleading and this is not included) The studio has a superb location as it is quite centric and amenities and metro very close-by. Very noisy, you can hear everything including creaking floors and stairwell. Not the comfiest bed, the mattress is quite dented from use and needs changed

We like the convenience of the location and the local amenities close to the property. The property is located on the ground floor, so no stairs to climb especially if you have a lot of bags. The host was gracious and welcomed us with a bowl of fruits and a lovely bottle of red wine. Bonus: also being warmly welcomed by good boy Bob the dog (he lives upstairs). It was a pleasure to cook in the retro inspired and fully equipped kitchen. The beds and sofa are super comfy and cozy too. We took a night stroll along the beautiful canal and it was safe. The property is beautiful and true to the pictures posted in the profile description.

Wish we had more days to spend at GH Amsterdam. Locking/ unlocking and opening the door from the inside was a bit of a challenge, but manageable and definitely not a deal breaker.

Our check-in was very easy and Thea was very helpful. The property is 1 min away from the underground station. Even on walking you can go to the city center in 20 mins and see the attractions and canals of the city.

It is not a big deal but the door is hard to lock. If you are strong enough, it is not a burden.

It was a nice little apartment that was a nice home away from home. It was a good location, an easy walk to the zoo. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was good.

The apartment needs a little TLC. The dishwasher doesn't work, and so some of the kitchen items were a bit grubby. The shower didn't drain well and so the bathroom flooded; the roof leaked a bit in the rain; there was a ladder and a few other similar items stored in one corner, which was a bit ugly and unfortunate. It just needs a bit of TLC to make the place a 10/10
