Great rooms, friendly staff, incredible location! Highly recommended. We opted for a suite which included a hot tub and sauna. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. A+!

An extremely minor complaint: The lights in the bathroom are on a timer. The timer was quite short. This resulted in me showering in the dark more than once. I'm sure this is an easy change for them.

The location is amazing, it is so close to all attractions and the central train station. If you are there for a business trip it is easy to travel around. My room was quiet and clean. Strangely has separate bathroom/shower areas in the room but it was OK. Room was a bit too cold even if I tried to heat it up. The restaurant next door is nice and convenient.

Staff needs to be more polite and accommodating. Their restaurant was very late with my food (1 hr) and as I had a call soon I’ve asked them to send it as room service which they nicely did but despite warning, the team in lobby called the room and rudely told me to go down a collect the package and they wouldn’t bring it up. When I was using the sauna closer to closing time, some guy from the staff came in and informed me they are closing by whistling and making aggressive hand gestures - which was very uncomfortable and unkind. I then noticed I still had about 10 min before closure.

Location was great , we were able to check in early , the breakfast was lovely and the room lbs were really clean with comfy beds

Immediately outside the property there was a lot of groups of smokers , which was unpleasant to walk past /through to get inside the hotel . The bathroom light was on a sensor in the room and with a glass door if you used the bathroom in the night the light stayed on for ages , lighting up the whole room , making it difficult to get back to sleep , the pillows were also a little flat so could have done with another pillow

Excellent hotel. Room was cleaned every day and the interiors were very modern and nice. Loved the wellness center.

They forgot to setup my added special package when we checked in. I was going to surprise my new husband, so that failed and €40 wasted. Had to go to reception to ask for it so it wasn't a surprise anymore.

While my stay at the hotel was generally enjoyable, I did find the WiFi to be a bit lacking in speed and connectivity. Additionally, I encountered a minor inconvenience as I'm not a fan of cats, and having one present at the reception wasn't an ideal situation for me. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was positive, with friendly staff and comfortable accommodations contributing to a satisfactory stay.

Good sized room, clean, good location - 5 min walk to Amsterdam centraal station, quiet. There's a fridge which is a big plus! I arrived 5 hrs before check in time and managed to get an available room (maybe November isn't a pick season?) Breakfast was okay but nothing special.

I needed to switch lifts to access the section where my room was located. The light at the bathroom was with a motion detector. During taking a shower the light turned off a couple of times. Plus, if you're travelling with your partner - the light won't turned off for 10-15 mins so it might be annoying if someone is going to the toilet during the night. Also I found the room pretty dark and no full body mirror.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It's quite central and provides a good base to go an explore every inch of the city. The room itself is very comfortable and the spa facilities within room, like the jacuzzi and sauna are top notch. This is a little more expensive than other hotels in the area, but worth it imo. The front desk staff and cleaners are lovely and you're always greeted in a kind and warm way.

The only two things we didn't like was the breakfast. The room is quite small so lines form. This is okay. But once seated, if you leave for the buffet, the staff can give away your table. This happened us, we were sat at a table and a man came back from the buffet and rightfully so, freaked out. We were sat elsewhere instead. While sitting, we saw this happen two more times. Save yourself stress and money and get a breakfast elsewhere in peace. Lastly, don't use the taxi service associated with the hotel. We tried to use it one night before a concert. After 45 minutes we had to leave and search the streets because it hadn't shown up.

We had a fantastic experience staying at the Inntel Hotel Amsterdam Central. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, making it so convenient to explore all the main attractions. Our flight arrived early in the morning at 9:00 am, and I had requested an early check-in. To my delight, the staff managed to accommodate us, which made such a difference after a long flight. Really appreciated that. The room was spotless, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, the combination of the excellent location, attentive service, and clean rooms made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam!

If we could suggest a few improvements, a full-length mirror in the room would be a great addition, along with body lotion and slippers to make the stay even more comfortable.

Location is excellent m, have stayed before purely for that reason. 2 min walk from Centraal station, next to Dam square, 8 min walk to Anne frank house, tram lane near hotel. For peace of mind at night hotel is opposite police station

Spa area was not cleaned as often as it should be, sauna door does not stay shut and you have to wait for it to warm up as it’s On a timer system. So this should be changed otherwise you spend 10 min waiting for the steam room/sauna to heat up. Also gym is limited but water tap did not work and there were no bottles of water provided.
