The location is fantastic. 5-10 minute walk to central train station which made it easy to get too via train from Hook of Holland port. To get to many sight seeing places such as Anne frank house was a 10 minute walk! The room was very homely and had great facilities, the staff were really happy to help and helped booked us a canal tour, the small touches were very personal and was all in all a great experience. We stayed with our small dog and that was no bother, they provided bowls & a blanket which Fifi throughly enjoyed!! We would most definitely return - thank you!

Nothing ! The carpet in our room had cleaning stains however appreciated it was a pet friendly room, it was very clean and had all we needed.

Really lovely stay in a great location. We went for the superior apartment and we're glad we did because the canal view was excellent. The apartments aren't cheap but for the size, location and quality it seems quite reasonable for Amsterdam

Nothing really not to like. If I'm being picky the pillows didn't really suit me. Instead of having too many pillows and cushions like most hotels, there was one very chunky one each and I prefer a slim soft pillow.

Beautiful room and accommodation. Excellent location and a short walk to Amsterdam Centraal. Walking distance to a lot of attractions.

We weren’t aware on booking that these are self-service type apartments, so services such as daily room housekeeping isn’t part of the accomodation until a certain length of stay. Reception isn’t manned after a certain time in the evening, just to be aware of regarding check in.

Very nice, comfortable stay. Room was a good size, clean and warm. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything you may need for your stay. We had a small windown overlooking the canals which was very nice to open and get some fresh air in the room.

Only complaint is that the fridge in the kitchen didn't seem to do much as the seal was loose and it wouldn't close properly.

Location is a short walk from the main train station. Room with a canal view with a window that opens fully. The original canal house interior and exterior felt authentic. A hamper left in my room with a bottle of drink and a card for my Birthday was a lovely gesture. The lift was also handy being on the top floor and after a lot of walking.

Location, excellent size and really comfortable.

Only real criticism Is there was no ironing facilities in the room and we had to ask for this. It was quickly provided but a little inconvenient/

Beautiful area. Good beds. Very helpful staff.

Kitchen equipped but nothing extra. Had to ask twice for extra toilet paper as we stayed for 5 nights. Watch out for the small letters -no cleaning for the whole period we stayed. After asking for clean towels -got them every day.

I loved the room and the wonderful location! It was very clean and quiet.

The staff is a lot of time not at the reception desk so you have to phone them. The shower has not so much water pressure.
