Fabulous location- near museums, tram stops and the bus from the airport dropped me a 3 min walk from the hotel. It was also easy to walk into the old part of the city. Plenty of shops and places to eat within easy walking distance. Great to be able to leave luggage before check in AND check out. Good size, comfortable clean room - comfortable bed.

No tea / coffee making facilities!

The location was super! A few minutes to the Vondelpark and also only 10-15 minutes to the city center. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The check in and check out went quick and smoothly.

The room was way smaller than expected but enough for me. It was also not soundproof. I had room number 4 on the ground floor and could hear either noises from the other guests or flushing sounds. I didn’t mind because I could still sleep well but consider that if you’re sensitive sleeper. Also the light from the hall went through the bottom slit of my door.

Location is fantastic, especially if looking to explore the main museums. Even if looking to go further afield it's only a 15 minute or so walk into the centre of Amsterdam. The room was clean enough, the wifi was fine. Staff were friendly enough.

It was a bit frustrating not having a kettle or mini fridge in the room. Admittedly the rooms are fairly tiny (even for hotels). Speaking to a hologram in reception is a weird experience - not necessarily bad, but weird. It is costly, too. Maybe this is a function more of the Euro/Amsterdam than the hotel.

Absolutely fantastic location - you can trip and fall into Vondel Park and countless museums/restaurants etc. If you are a solo traveller then try to see if you can get room 16, which has its own private balcony. The staff are also super friendly and helpful! Overall the room was neat and tidy

Not dislikes per se, but rather observations - the timber structure in certain areas means that you can often overhear guests in the rooms above you. Likewise the walls are pretty thin, so you will often overhear things from adjacent rooms. The room is fairly small, but this is to be expected. I went during August and not having air conditioning can be a bit uncomfortable at times. The fan helps a lot, but you need to keep the balcony door open then and the mosquitoes come in. It would also be nice to have some form of coffee making facilities in the room

This hotel is excelent for long stays. It has elevator, good breakfast (It's 17 euro, "eat all you can" vibes), the staff is very helpful and the location is in Leidseplein (very close to the City Center). It's my second time in Amsterdam and I've choosen this hotel in both ocasions.

It doesn't have AC in the rooms. During the summer, it gets really hot. If you are going to Amsterdam during the Summer, don't choose this hotel, for the same level of price you can get hotels with the same quality and AC. But for any other period of the year, is pretty good.

Near to Airport Bus, Tram, boat dock Leidesplein, Museum, Shopping Area are within 5-8min walk Easy to reach Heineken Experience Building and old town by Tram Elevator in the hotel Breakfast was very good

Double Room was not clean at all and Window was open as we arrived in the evening. Therefore it was super cold in the Room. There was noone around to inform about that or to get another room Self Check is not that easy for elder people Single Room was super small, with a small bed (I'm not sure if the lenght of the bed was 2m), small Window which I could not reach.

Brilliant location, friendly and helpful staff and good size triple room. Beds comfy and good bed-linen. Nice decor. Check-in and check-out easy, Bus 397 from airport stops at Leidseplein which is 2 minute walk from hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was very ordinary, tried once then bought our own. No air-conditioning so slept with window open. Could get pretty noisy during night, surprising as it is a good residential area. Also mosquitos biting in October, so suggest taking anti-mosquito plug-in. Room might get pretty hot in summer. Walking distance to most attractions and Spar shop 2 minutes away handy for sandwiches and fruit etc. No kettle in room so took travel kettle.

Room was had a bed, bathroom and shower (no toothbrush/paste). Location was really far from the train station, but I enjoyed walking more than anything. I did not have breakfast in the hotel, instead I went to a nearby local convenient store Albert Heijn to pick out my own selection (which was fairly everywhere).

As I mentioned, they had pretty much every essentials exception of toothbrush and toothpaste. I did bring my own, but it would have been nice to have. I did travel alone, space wasn't an issue, but imagining traveling with another person, it might be quite the tight fit to get around. I still enjoyed my stay.

We arrived early to the hotel so our room wasn't ready. The gentleman who checked us in was very apologetic, told us we could store our luggage in a secure baggage room while we toured about. After our short walkabout he gave us a couple of cappuccinos while we waited a few more minutes for our room. The next day they were very helpful in providing us information on what was nearby worth seeing, markets, etc. which was very helpful. Everyone we encountered there was helpful, spoke English and went above and beyond to help. The rooms were very clean and access to the nice little patio from our room was convenient for us to enjoy.

The room we had was very small so finding a place to put our bags out of the way and not trip over them was a bit of a challenge. Our room was on the ground floor on the backside of the hotel, so when you come out of the elevator the passageway is very narrow and a bit cumbersome to get around the hallway to our room dragging bags. Overall, very little to not like about the hotel.

Double room # 11 was good size (not a fan of the ultra small cramped rooms with no room to pass another person) with good window lighting and able to open for breeze. Bed comfortable. Bathroom large and bath amenities nice. Room cleaned daily and amenities restocked. Not too noisy inside or outside when in room. Quiet to sleep with dark room curtains.

Interior hallways too dark. Feeling of being in an old building which I realize it is but could be brightened up much more. Floors uneven but became used to it.
