Very clean, great location, good breakfast. Stephano at reception was really amazing. If you want him to find a easy way to book any tourism attraction he is very much helpful.

Amsterdam has always held a special place in my heart—it’s the city I’ve visited the most in my life, to the point where I consider it a second home. This time, however, my experience reached a whole new level. Staying at The Pavilions in my own private quarters was nothing short of extraordinary. The highlight? The shower room and its luxurious, modern hot tub, which was so spacious it could rival the size of some of the hostel rooms I stayed in during my younger days. Every detail of my stay embodied comfort and sophistication, making it, without a doubt, one of the best experiences of Amsterdam I’ve ever had. Truly unforgettable!

There could have been a more sweet and kind note from the staff that I kept as a memento—maybe lipstick kisses? 💋

The hotel was beautiful and welcoming. The room was also very nice, comfortable and had a great bathtub. Everything was tastefully decorated. We also enjoyed the lounge/bar area for cocktails and light dinner after a long day of sight seeing. The location is the best! The Jordaan district is amazing. Good shopping and restaurants nearby, not too touristy. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

This isn't a big negative, but our room was not in the main building (where reception and the bar are located). It would have been a bit nicer to be in the main building, as we had to walk outside a few doors down to get there.

The staff were incredible, polite, chatty and very considerate of our requirements. Thoughtful and really made the experience that much better! Breakfast was delicious and very generous!

Room size and the placement of furniture was awful. Single beds made up the twin - had to push beds together so I didn't fall out in the night. I travelled with my mother, she had a little dresser as a side table, I had a fridge with the coffee station on top - it was lower than the bed and completely useless as a side table. Overall being in the room was very cramped and uncomfortable - I found the price to be very expensive considering the value of the room. The lighting in room was dark and very difficult to see.

Love every aspects of this hotel. Location was great - just a 10min walk and it was a nice breezy walk to the Amsterdam Central. The room was cosy and has this nice, homey vibe. The jacuzzi in the room was definitely a plus point! I love the connected private inner yard. Room comes with complete amenities and a coffee machine! The breakfast was great too, love the croissants and the staff were very attentive to serve me halal chicken slice and vegan cheese without me asking.

room size could be better, but since I was traveling alone, it's just nice. Would be a bit crowded though if I was traveling with a partner or family.

The building was amazing with Dutch architecture, the staff was very kind and offer excellent service , special the guys work to the breakfast time and the night to the bar , the room was very small with a jacuzzi , the heating was perfect on the freezer weather days , location the best , everything 7-10 minutes walking distance , very good clean in general , breakfast decent , will choose again !

The location was primo! Around the corner from the Anne Frank Haus which is one of the reasons for visiting Amsterdam. The hotel breakfast each morning was fantastic with lovely staff members attending to every need. The room, though located in an annex down the street, was quiet and came with wonderful furnishings. Best of all, the air conditioning was fantastic seeing as there was a heat wave in Amsterdam (28+ Celsius each day, aka 82 degrees F). Be aware that this is not accessible to people in wheelchairs but otherwise it's fantastic!

Nothing! Everything met my expectations but be mindful that if you have someone in your party who is mobility challenged, this hotel is not for you as there are steps to enter and steps to the rooms (but there is an elevator).

Lovely old-world decor. Very clean with crispy white linen every day. Fantastic front-desk assistance for taxis, restaurants and in-room ice/food. Delicious breakfasts in a beautiful lounge. Great canal view from our room, and a bench by the water for lazy Happy Hours.

Long, long wait for our room after an overseas flight. Hotel held our luggage aside, thankfully, and the lounge was open for waiting. Cleaning staff made sure our place was perfect before we entered, so all was ultimately fine.

I had a really nice stay at The Toren. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and aesthetically-pleasing room. It had everything I needed and had a decent amount of space. No noise issues/complaints. The overall premises had a very good look / decor style. The food was excellent and the lounge was nice, quiet and relaxing. The location is absolutely perfect. It's a nice 20 minute walk to Amsterdam Centraal (not right in the centre where it is busy), it's positioned right next to the beautiful canals, bridges and small shops. It is also a 30m walk from the Rijksmuseum and the area surrounding. Very good value for money and it absolutely lives up to its high rating. I enjoyed staying here very much and would like to return at some point.

What an amazing incredible stay that me and my wife recently had at the 5 star luxury hotel! The entire staff went above and beyond to meet each and every request that was ask from the time we arrived until the time we departed. It was truly more than we expected. We will forever be grateful for, as we say from the south of USA , the first class “warm hospitality.” Our stay was so welcoming that we have booked our return stay with them before departing back home. A must stay if you ever visiting Amsterdam!! The BEST! Tip: We love luxury and always looking for excellent service with warm hospitality and this was over the top!!!!
