We were welcomed with a warm greeting and a fast friendly check-in. Our room was in another building a very short walk away in a secure building accessible using room keycard. Room was clean and tidy upon arrival. We used the pull-down third bed which took up much of the free space in the room but there was still room for all to move around. Beds were all very comfortable and heating was easily adjusted. Bathroom had a shower and a bath, both of which were clean and well maintained. Room was quiet despite being on the ground floor with a main road not far away. Can have no complaints at all. This is a very good hotel for both leisure and work stays. The htoel is a little way outisde 's-Hertogenbosch central, probably too long to walk for the majority. Getting to the hotel is an easy 5-10 minutes drive from the central station by taxi (€12). We also discovered 3 buses from the city (8, 9, 140) which stop a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the journey is just over 10 minutes. The buses run every half an hour, but a spaced out well so no more than a 10 minutes wait during the day and 20 minutes at night. Costs of €1.70 is a real money saver.

Only very minor downside was the TV where English language channels were not working. Nice to ctach up on news from home when away. But a really minor point.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were impressed by the decor and overall look of the hotel. The grounds are also lovely, the lake was frozen when we arrived, and very picturesque! The reception staff were fantastic and spoke excellent English (thank you!). Our room was lovely, very clean and it had everything that we needed for a comfortable three night stay. We ate our dinners in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. The breakfast was also lovely, really nice quality across the board.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the hotel!

We visit for a convention every 6 months and this is our hotel everytime. It is the opposite side of town to our work but worth it for the comfort, spacious rooms and on site restaurant. The breakfast is exceptional, There is just so much choice

I cannot think of a single fault in any of our 4 visits here, not even one!

Spacious room with neat design. It was clean, bright and cosy. There are comfortable large beds. The location was ok because we had a car and the parking was free. The location was moreover very quiet. We were particularly delighted with the buffet breakfast: tasty, varied and the personnel there very welcoming and thoughtful.

The rooms were very nice - well appointed and nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Shower was great! Walked from hotel into Vught - it was a nice walk along a relatively quiet street (and Vught was nice to visit!).

I would have preferred a better/different coffee maker (maybe a Kurig), but that's probably my North American preference for the way I like to make coffee :)

All very nice. Staff were kind and friendly, hotel was lovely and clean with great facilities (e.g. restaurant, bar, quiet areas [for working]). Really happy with the hotel and will stay again.

Actually there was nothing to dislike.

Very comfortable and spacious room, nice bathroom, everything is clean. Coffee and tea facilities in the room. Friendly staff. Nice design

In the bathroom there is not enough room to put your towels. Two small hooks for 3 people. That is a pitty when the bathroom is so big. Also why are there only paper cups for tea/ coffee, if I want to drink my tea in the room it seems rather unsustainable.

Nice modern hotel, big room, restaurant on site, near to public transport and could be walked to from town centre.

People in next room shouting at each other at 4.00am, not funny. Breakfast was very good but like all hotels is very expensive to the point of not having it. Euro 57.00 for 3 breakfasts, really?

You fulfilled all of our expectations. I lived in Vught (just around the corner) in my early teens (1950's) and was proud to spend a few nights for the first time after so many years. Your accommodation complimented my expectations

Nothing at all

The room was what I expected having visited similar establishments in the past - I enjoyed the fact breakfast was included in the booking and the overall service of the staff - good for international visitors whose Dutch might not be quite there yet.

The room booked was a double-room and I was under the impression this would consist of a double bed or at least two singles firmly attached to each other, my partner and I had some difficulty with the mattresses and found them uncomfortable throughout our stay - this isn't something I would have expected for the price I paid.
