Excellent town centre location but no noise disturbances due to traffic etc. nice and spacious apartment, comfy bed. Staff were quick to respond to messages on booking.com platform. Auto check in works well. Pleasant shady courtyard which was safe and dry for our bikes.

Microwave- grill didn’t have instructions so we didn’t feel able to use it. Had to ask for some top up coffee pods etc during our stay as opposed to things being automatically checked. Also had to ask for some basic kitchen equipment which was initially missing. Stairs were steep and narrow - might be an issue for some guests if they’re a bit unsteady on their feet.

The place is absolutely charming, a very rare combination of tasteful interpretation of the ancient architecture and modern comfort. The location was perfect - close to the train station, close to the old city center, close to the Singel, close to some restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. The garden was wonderful and in full bloom (in June). I loved the split apartment we stayed in, it provided a nice separation between the living space and the sleeping one. The space was large enough, the apartment perfectly equipped, the bed was super-comfortable. The 2 toilets were a much appreciated plus. :) The communication with the hotel was smooth, prompt and the people were very accommodating. The breakfast - plentiful, diverse, tasty and healthy - may be delivered at your door, at a time of your choice.

The access stairs are a bit steep - not that I "don't like it", it's part of the character of the house, but it is something to be known to potential guests with limited mobility.

Great apartment, we had the large one on the top floor (two flights of narrow steep stairs!). Roomy living room with nice view. Ample, well equipped kitchen.

Very skimpy on the items needed in the apartment. We stayed 2 nights with 4 people and were given one roll of toilet paper, one dishwasher block and 4 coffee pods.... We needed to store our luggage and were told there is nowhere to store luggage. The only option was another hotel a 10 minute (!) walk away. This is ridiculous, you cannot have your guests walk 10 minutes with 6 large suitcases in the center of a city with only cobble stone little roads. Very inconvenient!!

Very comfortably furnished ground floor studio apartment, with french windows opening onto a pleasant courtyard. 5 minutes walk to market square; 10 minutes from station. Easy check-in/out. Friendly staff. Air conditioning was welcome in humid 30 degrees heat.

Slightly taken aback to open my door on Sunday morning and almost trip over a couple having breakfast. At the other end of the room was a locked (thankfully) connecting door with people on the other side. So, lack of privacy perhaps an issue.

Great location, atmospheric and comfortable room, comfortable bed, nice size, interesting and characteristic interior architecture, nice deep bath tub. Room 10 (the one we stayed in) had a cute cabinet with a fold out kitchen.

The place was great. The only thing some more sensitive travelers might want to be aware of is that it's in an old city center, so if you are noise sensitive you might hear some creaks from the flat upstairs or from people walking by on the street.

Exceptional location, so close to the heart of the beautiful city of Denbosch, but surprisingly quiet and peaceful. A 'gezellig' (cosy) accommodation with a beautiful ambience. Spacious enough for a family of four.

We stayed for 2 weeks, it would have been great to have clothes washing facilities as we struggled a bit with this. Luckily we had family nearby but it still was a bit of a hassle. A stick vacuum in the apartment would be handy (with 2 young boys it didn't take long for the floors to become a little messy) - although the rooms were 'cleaned' daily, our upstairs floors got a bit messy. We wouldn't have had a problem running a small vac around occassionally.

Our accomodation was spacious & felt super luxurious - lovely towels & comfortable beds - all very clean, We were grateful to be able to check in earlier than the specified time since the room was ready, Location was great - down a quiet street but very close to the centre & all amenities

Nothing that we disliked - just a couple of suggestions. An extra armchair would have been helpful as there was only one plus one small sofa, which was a bit of a squeeze for seating four. Breakfast price seemed very expensive - not very competitively priced given the number of local cafes & food outlets close by.

The location is great - a few minutes walk from the train station and right in the centre of Den Bosch on a quiet street. The apartment is spacious - the kitchenette has all you need to prepare your own breakfast or other meals or enjoy a take-away. The bed is comfortable. Although no 'staffed' reception, it was easy to communicate with the hotel through texts.

The stone floor was a little cold.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms. We stayed here for a family get together and everybody LOVED it: the decor, the atmosphere and especially the cosy courtyard where you can have a meal, a coffee and just chill and chat. Lovely place.

We had a bit of a nightmare checking in as the code for the key did not work and there was nobody on site (the reception is shared with a sister hotel in town).

Wonderful room and location

Painful checking in procedure . I received 10 emails in 2 days from property and checking in is a non human experience and painful that involves a series of photos and key pad numbers .Fun if it’s an escape room but not if you just just want to get into your room after a long day of cycling .
