LOVED this property as a whole! My partner and I really enjoyed our stay there. The facilities were very modern and everything you would need was there. The actual layout and size of the apartment was great and very spacious. I like there was uk plug points as well, great for traveler’s. The kitchen was great size. The bathroom was also very spacious with a bath and a separate large shower. Lighting in the bathroom is also GREAT. Location is also perfect, far enough so you don’t hear traffic noise outside but also near enough to enjoy shops and nearby food shops. GREAT LOCATION!

The only thing that would make this property one step better is having a smart tv function on the tv to connect mobile so we can watch Netflix. Also the staff were not necessarily rude but they were not the warmest to us. Also there is minimal storage for clothes however for a short stay we did not mind that.

In between the Embassys with canal view, abundant parking, close to all the main attractions, generous size apartment, lots of attention to detail. I would stay with B apartments on every visit it The Haughe and the other cities they operate in

There was little issue with getting instructions on how to get in, they forgot to send the attachment of instructions and were a little defensive when requested again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was nice and clean and comfortable. It is located within equal distance to the beach and the city centre which made it easy to explore both after a short bus or tram ride. I also loved the fact that the Kunstmuseum is only a 5min walk away.

I missed a toaster in the kitchen (which is otherwise very well equipped) and the opportunity to open the windows.

I stayed at the 1 bedroom apartment for 2 weeks during a business trip. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures provided by the hotel, but I was very pleasantly surprised by amount of space afforded for one person, which felt like a veritable luxury in The Hague. This hotel had everything I could need during my stay, was near a nice park, and even came with a wonderful rain shower! The hotel staff at the counter were always very friendly and helpful when I needed something and the free coffee provided in the lobby area just lovely for a pick-me-up when I came back from from work. I would highly recommend staying here!

I come from a region of the world where the beds tend to be firmer, so I would have liked if the beds here were like that. This is really minor quibbling though! It would also have been nice if there was an option to tell housekeeping not to replace all the 4 towels they provided me every 3 days, for environmental reasons.

The room was nice and the location of the hotel was good! Not too far from the city centre and Scheveningen, so we walked a lot to those areas while staying there. The staff was very friendly and the free coffee in the lobby was a great extra, too! We also liked the Rituals products in the bathroom (soap and shower foam). The parking was cool because we stayed over the weekend; I would recommend the paid parking during the week bc it might be the cheaper option. Our stay was also very quiet, we didn't hear the cars from the streets nor other hotel guests.

The small "kitchen" could use a few more items such as spoons, forks, knives and dishes.

Nice big room, excellent ac, very petfriendly. Good location in a safe, calm and beautiful neighborhood. Very easy to park the car right outside. Very good WiFi. Quiet room, zero disturbances. Good beds, huge bathroom. We rented bikes from the hotel and explored Hague.

Room located on sub-groundlevel, with a "view" of a parking lot. On a positive note, made up for a very dark and quiet room.

When booking I selected to only show properties with free parking. After booking I was sent an email to say it was €10 per day & the free parking was on the road between 17.00-9.00 Mon to Fri. I would probably have chosen another property with true free parking if I had known this before booking

Our apartment was simple, modern, clean and a good size for our family. It's very efficiently built so it works well and it won't date easily. There is a little kitchenette so you can cook simple meals and eat them at the dining table. The staff was very welcoming and the reception has a nice cafe-type area where you can get a coffee. The aparthotel is set in a lovely area with lots to do - a well-known museum and IMAX cinema is just opposite, and there is a little high-street that you can easily walk to daily to buy food, have a coffee, browse in an awesome bookshop and there is a playground. The tram is also close by to go into the city centre. The tram to go to the beach is a bit further but very do-able on foot.

There could have been a hoover and a few more apartment-type appliances (e.g. freezer) - since it is an aparthotel. We brought quite a lot of sand in from beach and sandy-playground trips! The dustpan and brush wasn't quite enough. And we bought ice cream that we couldn't store! But we were glad to have the cooker, some crockery and a fridge!

Kitchenette with fine electric cooktop and couple fine pots and pans, microwave/oven, nespresso coffee machine, water boiler, fridge (no freezer but that's fine) and dishwasher. Coffee-capsules and dishwasher tablets topped up during cleaning. Spacious bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Enough clothing cabinets although we did not use too much. A great spacious room, one good double bed and sleeping-couch which was fine. Parking seems quite ok, although we did not use. Some free park in the weekend in the same street, paid during the week hours, though the hotel also had some parking spots I believe). Lastly, Omniversum is on the other side of the road, so that's one activity with the children sorted. Though our daughter of 2.5 was just a bit too young.

Nothing really negative, but the location is great for cars but a bit tricky for public transport. There are a couple tram/bus stops closeby, towards the center, but the stop of line 1 (to the beach in Scheveningen) is a proper 10-15 minute walk. The location is out of the center, so supermarket is also not close-by. Albert Heijn is closest on at least 10min walk and Aldi a bit further. By car not really an issue, though parking may be tricky.

We had the 1bedroom apartment which was great. It was spacious, clean and comfortable and I loved that we had a separate bath and shower and a nice big bed. Very friendly staff and great service overall.

Only downside was that when we arrived we had been given the wrong code for the self check-in which caused some stress and delay.
