The hotel was located very well. Check in was super friendly and quick. Our highlight was Pilvi she was responsible for the breakfast area and soooooo sweet and attentive. She made us very welcome and special. She always greeted us with a smile on the morning and even came out to say goodbye when we we’re leaving to go back home. Such a lovely person!!!!!

Did not like check out, received the wrong final bill from someone else and no apologies whatsoever from the front desk person. Wasn’t very friendly either.

The Movenpick is a small boutique hotel in the center of Den Haag, a kind of little gem hidden in a quiet street just a few steps from the famous Noordeinde Palace. The exterior of the building can mislead as the true beauty of the hotel is inside, once you get through its doors. Decorators made an excellent job. Rooms are bright and spacious, with modern and high quality furniture.  The bathroom is superb too. Alba at the reception was great.  Buses n. 22,24,28 bring you from the Central Station to (more or less) the hotel and vice versa. Please bear also in mind that this is cashless hotel.

Only CON was the baby coat, which did not have a mattress at all (therefore our little boy slept in the bed with us).

We had an Executive King Room which was quiet. It was spacious, with a comfortable sitting area and a large TV which had a wide range of channels including UK ones. The room had good storage. The bathroom was good and with a good walk-in shower. The hotel is on the edge of the shopping and main visitor areas, and a 10 minute walk from the Mauritshuis gallery. The car park beneath the hotel was good with lift access from level -1 but not from -2.

The breakfast was satisfactory, but having stayed in a number of similar standard hotels we felt the range and quality could have been better. We also felt there could have been more staff on duty, as those that were on duty were not particularly attentive.

Location - in the Centre, good for the shops and sights Room - had a king size room, very spacious. Toiletries provided were of excellent quality. Separate sofa for sitting on Food - excellent breakfast buffet with enough choice whatever your dietary preferences. Don’t know how they cope with allergies. I imagine they will be catered for if you let them know. Dinner was fine dining at a reasonable price.

Absolutely nothing. The sofa although was useful for a one night stay, it was not possible to watch the television when sitting on it. We did not have any accessibility requirements so I don’t know what they have for wheelchair users. The toilet was not suitable for wheelchairs.

I loved my stay at Movenpick The Hague. It was just less than 10minutes away from the Den Haag Centraal via Uber. The location is very peaceful and quiet but close to town centre. All of the receptionist were very helpful and kind, they even gave me directions to Halal restaurants which I really appreciate! The room was so amazing, spacious and warm with a very tasteful decor. There was also an Happy Hour for Movenpick chocolates for us to enjoy! The coffee in the restaurant was really good too!

The main reason why we picked this hotel was its location - it is right in the centre, yet hidden on a small alley, which makes it the perfect place to stay if you want a quiet place, but you want to have restaurants and coffee places around as well. The decor of the room was something we appreciated as well. It does not feel like a regular, dry hotel room.

Even though we travelled at the end of the summer when the temperatures were still up, we were cold in our room. The information we found in the room said that the temperature can be adjusted from 19 up to 24 celsius degrees. Truth is you can barely make it go up to 21. From what we understood, the temperature is set for the entire building and it is not something you can easily change per room. The staff was very nice and solutions oriented every time we approached them and they provided us with an extra heater, which fixed things for us.

Central location with parking which was imperative. Extremely comfortable room , helpful staff and delicious pre booked dinner and breakfast (even had a mini pancake machine). Delightful surrounding location to explore. Everything seemed expensive in Nederlands but Movenpick was great value Dimitri and team have introduced us to the Movenpick Group and will definitely consider when travelling again by car in Europe. Access to ferry ports Amsterdam and Rotterdam so easy. Made a perfect ending to our trip from Greece.

Quite difficult to find exact street even with satnav. But easy once found, route back to motorway easy. Bike lanes scary. Can't think of anything else negative.

The location is great, very close to everything and it was very clean and modern. We booked a room with a balcony and king sized bed which was nice and comfortable. There were also lots of nice toiletries in the bathroom. Overall a very nice stay and the staff were helpful and friendly

There were some small touches missing, no wine bottle opener available, it was difficult to arrange to get laundry done and there were only two small milk capsules so we could only have two cups of coffee before having to request more and not very many teabags.

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of The Hague, yet in a quiet spot, just a few steps away from the Royal Palace, the Mauritshuis and the city centre. We have particularly appreciated the comfortable, contemporarily furnished rooms with a cozy touch and the large bathroom equipped with all amenities. Parking is available on premises or - when full - in a nearby large public parking.

rooms were small but efficient, theres a sofa for just having a seat and a table for whatever it is you want to do. beds were very comfortable, sheets are a bit thin though, personally i like snuggling under a fat blanket. shower was also really good and comfortable! staff is very friendly. would definitely recommend!

the rooms were dusted quite poorly before our arrival. there were cobwebs around the edges of the ceiling. the bathroom was still wet when we arrived for some reason. however, neither of these things ruined our stay! we really enjoyed it.
