Very nice place, it was clean. Great location, quite quarter and very near to the train station. Comfortable bed, even the sofa(-bed). The dishwasher we did not expect and we were happy to find about it. On the ground floor we found everything we needed (amenities like: dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, tea, coffee, … . On the ground floor there was even a coffee machine for take away coffee.

Unfortunately we did not get the pin code to access the hotel. We had to chat with bot, which was not really helpful. We could find any telephone number. At last we found it and woman picked it up and we solved our problem, but it was disapointing. Lot of stress just because their system failed. I have to mention that I did the online check-in and I filled in all the telephone numbers snd emails of the members of our group, but still we did not get any proper information.

This is an aparthotel , and we stayed there for two periods. In the second period we found out that the apartment we booked was smaller and not so good as the first one. The hotel is very well located and the facilities are good. Very easy to catch the tram. City center is in walking distance. Two blocks away, Antonio make some good pizzas. Supermarket is a bit far away, and there are not many places near were you can take your breakfast, so the better is do it yourself.

The first night there was a very kind lady at reception. She was there two more days, and never come back. We saw people at the reception sometimes, but as they do not use a uniform, one can not tell if they are employees or guest who are just doing something with their laptops. The hotel is kind of techno, so you must address all your issues online. For us, is a bit frustrating. Also, the hotel needs some repairs. We were left with the handle of the second floor door in hand quite a few times. The mattress should be more firm. The curtains didn't stop the light. There is much light in the dawn and is difficult to sleep.

They said there is no storage room, provided 10% off discount codes for other storage places which is far and only few options. Doesn’t help at all for people who ever need to leave luggage before check in or after check out. There was reviews says it used to have a storage room due to renovation or whatever it is, they don’t have it anymore, l had checked it before book the room, they said they don’t have any. I understand if they really removed it, but we found a big storage room with several lockers right next to the laundry room. Why does not let people use if you still have it? Could be alot helpful.

Clean and spacious enough, we got a crib for the toddler. Very much pleased with free laundry, WIFI very good to enable remote work, free coffee machine with good coffee at entrance. Good noise isolation, we did not hear tram or other guests, nice inside temperature (not too hot, not cold)

a parking would be good as public parkings are pretty expensive, small inconvenience of taking trash by yourself (plan some spare bags if stay for several days) and yes, sorry we could hardly stop our toddler playing with the small stones that were in the big pot with the palm (they were quite over the place in the end, sorry)

Great location, and idea too - having a small studio with the kitchen is always something that I appreciate. The room was ok set up, enough space for us for couple of days.

The room that I booked on booking.com said it is 21 meters, and then the one we got was 17 meters. I was a bit confused, so perhaps this is something that should be updated. The hotel was fool so we were unable to change or even see other rooms. Also, there was quite loud ventilation in the room, thankfully switching off in the evenings. During our stay there were upgrading the entire building to make rooms wifi accessed, and what we understood there won’t be a reception anymore. It’s a pity, it’s great to have a staff in the building, and also they were super helpful and kind. We were also told there won’t be a luggage storage room, so double check it if you need one.

The apartment had everything and was very clean and comfortable. The little dishwasher - so nice! The hairdryer and the iron with iron board are also there. Perfect shower cabin - no leakage. Regulated heater-drier in the bathroom. Charging stations both sides of the bed. We saw swans passing by in the canal across the road from the window :) From the offered besides all the utensils and dishes - there was kitchen paper, a sponge and a tiny little bottle of dish washing liquid. If you plan to cook - think of oil, salt, pepper etc. Tip: the forks etc. are above the oven in a little compartment that you push and it slides out.

Everything was great: the location, the room, the staff.

The property offers for free the usage of washing machines for clothes, which is awesome. The only thing is that sometimes you have to hunt for a free one and some people keep the machines occupied even after they finished washing their clothes. The other thing that was a not so great is that when we checked in, we were informed that because we stayed for more than a week, we would benefit from a free cleaning service mid-weed. The cleaning service itself can be better. Besides changing the towels and sheets, they haven’t vacuumed one bit.

The neighborhood is really cute! The apartment layout was great! The staff was very helpful. The laundry was a wonderful thing to have. It's very close to grocery stores and cafés and a tram stop. Next time we plan to rent bikes from you.

The seal around the shower was leaky and the floor became very wet. The noises from the apartment upstairs were fairly loud (but that may have been the occupants more than the property), and I wish the windows opened more. Also, something less heavy than a duvet would have been a nice option for the bed.

The YAYS apartment was of a very high quality with supercomfortable bed and even the sofa-bed (where our teenage son who is 186 cm slept well), great shower, tastefully and functionally furnished and decorated. The location is also really good - walking distance to both the Central station, the city centre and with a tram stop just outside. You can park just outside but we opted for the somewhat cheaper longer term parking garage which is a 15 min walk a away. The only thing that isn't as nearby as customers may hope is a grocery chop. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. As we were travelling over Easter and tulip season when many places are expensive or fully booked, we thought that YAYS would provide a more affordable but perhaps somewhat simpler accommodation. It was more affordable but the standard was in reality higher than many of the more expensive hotels we had considered. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to the Hague.

Apart from the distance to a grocery shop (appr 15 min by foot) I cannot think of anything that was not to our satisfaction.

The location is great! The room is clean and it feels like an Airbnb where all the conveniences are set for you. The beds are comfortable but if you are with a child, I'd bring your own mattress for them (if you can), the baby cot bed is thin as a blanket.

Be mindful about the checkout timing as 11h is the last one and the door automatically locks at that time.
