Walking in we already felt like we didn't belong, it looked very posh and elite (not a bad thing though). The customer service was amazing, we could go into the room 3 hours before designated check-in time. The bed was incredibly comfortable and big. The bathroom had a luxurious jacuzzi with cool lighting, bubbles and temperature regulation which made for a very comfortable stay. The room itself was also very spacious and clean.

The Smart TV wasn't set up properly yet (unfortunately, just bad luck) so we didn't have an internet connection on it for a nice evening of YouTube or Netflix.

The room was very clean, comfortable mattress, air conditioning, safe and everything that you would need in a room. During my 7 day trip the best sleep I got was in this hotel!

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed and trust me I traveled a lot. I spent 3 amazing weeks in this hotel. The comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in, amazing mattress, pillows and blanket. Great soundproofing. Very clean. Downstairs restaurant is a top class. The breakfast was delicious, I ate so much that was full till evening:) Dinner is also incredible! The location is super central, very beautiful outside & a lot of attractions in a walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at Boutique Hotel Corona in The Hague, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated conveniently in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the many attractions and amenities The Hague has to offer. Public transport links are also superb, allowing for effortless travel within the city and beyond. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries, which added to the pleasant ambiance of the hotel. However, there was one aspect that left something to be desired: the breakfast. The options available were quite limited and didn't cater to a variety of tastes. It was neither a traditional continental breakfast nor a sweet breakfast, which might be disappointing for those looking for a more diverse or substantial start to their day. Despite this minor setback, my stay at Boutique Hotel Corona was very enjoyable. The hotel's prime location and excellent service certainly outweigh the breakfast issue, making it a strong recommendation for anyone visiting The Hague. Overall, I would rate my experience an 8 out of 10.

I love everything about this hotel. The staff was incredible from the first minute until the last one.They treat the hotel guests like their own Especially the blonde lady at the check in. Central location easy access everywhere. Day travel cards with unlimited uses at the reception for 4.5 euros.Perfect to go around or to the beach. The room and the bathroom were spacious and very clean.Very comfortable bed. We loved the hotel's restaurant.Although we didn't have breakfast, I highly recommend it for lunch or dinner.Good prices, tasty food and nice atmosphere.

The extractor fan in the bathroom worked great but it was a bit too noisy.The rest was great!

The hotel is extremely nice and very well located. The rooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

However, on one occasion, the cleanliness in the bathroom left something to be desired. The shower was extremely covered in limescale, and when we filled the Jacuzzi tub, there was brown residue in the water from the jets, which hadn’t been properly cleaned. The breakfast was somewhat lacking. Many items were constantly empty, and the cook couldn’t keep up, although the concept of everything being freshly prepared is great. Perhaps they should make larger batches so that things don’t run out all the time. The selection could also be a bit bigger.

My room had a window facing a wall of another building, which isn't pleasant, but the most bizarre thing is that the light on the mirror of the bathroom could not be turned off. Beyond being an obvious waste of resources, it's terrible for people like me that need to get up during the night to go to the bathroom and that have to be in total darkness, otherwise they can't fall asleep again. This is a very weird choice, and I had to keep the bathroom's door closed during the night. I'd stay again, but I really felt the need to write this review because of these two situations.

My family and I all loved the location of this hotel. It’s right in the center of everything and the vintage look and feel to it is magnificent! The front staff were very polite and assisted us with finding the location to the hotel and offered a discount price for reserved parking at a nearby parking garage. The food /breakfast overall was tasty!

When I ordered room service it ended il taking up to 2 hours to receive my order to my hotel room. This was due to a lack of attention from the staff taking my order and I had to call downstairs to the main lobby to ask what was taking so long. Apparently, my room number wasn’t taken down during the time of my order. I wish they would have tried to be more proactive about this matter. Also, when I was eating my meal there had been a sharp piece of plastic in my mouth from the hummus platter I ordered. Very unacceptable and was still charged for the meal. The food was pretty good, considering the accident.

The staff is very, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of De Haag and you can get every where just in foot. Their restaurant is excellent.

There is some machine noise in the backyard and when the sun is shining it can become very hot so that the air-conditioning struggles to cool down the room and you need to completely close the curtains to keep the temperature down. Luckily the nights were fresh and we had no problem then.

Staff, facility, location all great.

Only thing that did not work as expected was the auto-on/off lights in the bathroom. Hotel staff informed us that these are a new energy-saving measure and that they were working on adjustment/calibration. Once triggered "on" by motion sensors they would not turn off for a long time (about an hour). Any motion in the room outside the bathroom triggered the lights too. Made it tricky to get up at night to use restroom without brightly illuminating whole room and waking my spouse. Then had to leave bathroom door closed while an hour passed before light turned off. Great idea, that just needs some more refinement before installation in a hotel.
