The location is delightful, featuring a pond and a cozy outdoor sitting deck. The hotel room is beautifully spacious and includes a luxurious tub. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

If feasible, could you ensure that the doors near lift C remain open at night? The hotel entrance is a bit distant from the rooms closest to lift C.

Great bathrooms + soaps etc. Supplied kettle upon request, allowed late check out, let me use the pool after... fantastic. Pool and sauna are superb, love the ice bucket!

No one is perfect guys (although you were close!): bed isn't perfect, for double beds I would love a more comfortable bed (my bed was a little older or it was to do with the set up - twin turned into a double) - the jacuzzi was broken when I visited - I hope this will soon be replaced with a free jacuzzi.

The overall feel of the hotel is luxurious. Beautiful entrance lobby, bar area all very inviting. The rooms are beautifully furnished, no outdated furniture etc. Stunning view over the lake, could sit and watch the birds on the water whilst having the lovely coffee supplied in the room The use of a lovely pool and sauna and an amazing breakfast all made the stay very memorable

There was a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest bus stop. This was fine for me but if you were less mobile or with a big suitcase it would be an issue. My relative, who met us there from another country, got a cab from the station and was charged £75 euros for a journey which only cost £22 euros when we booked a cab to return to the station through the hotel

I was incredibly impressed with the property. We were welcomed warmly with the offer to store our bags until check in. We rented bicycles from the hotel which were high specification and given directions where to go and after a short 5 minute cycle we were by the canal and in the centre of the city. We were given food, drink and museum recommendations which were all spot on. Once we checked in we were greeted by so many nice touches. The children beds were decorated with a bear made of towels, eco friendly child specific toiletries, child slippers and a golden rubber duck. The room was very large and had all of the amenities you would hope for. We stayed there for its location as we wanted to cycle, be able to safely park the car and also be on the city outskirts for easy travel to Efteling. All in all I could not think of a better hotel experience to meet our needs.

The hotel staff was terrific. Very friendly and super helpful. I was surprised by the large room, comfy bed and balcony. Travelling with a pet is always a chore, but they made this trip easy. I appreciate the dog food bowls and bed that were in the room. The swimming pool and workout room were a nice plus. There's also a lot of greenery around the property, which is perfect for walking the dog.

The only complaint was the hamburger I ordered from room service. The staff that delivered the meal were incredibly nice, but the burger was much too thick and about half the size of the bun. On top of that, the bun was over-toasted and impossible to eat with my hands. I ended up discarding most of the bun and simply ate the patty with a fork and knife. Normally, I wouldn't mention this, but the burger definitely didn't warrant the €25 price tag.

Lovely setting, spacious room overlooking a secluded lake, silent except for the birds! Convenient ground floor room complete with dog-pillow, water bowl, poo-bags and treats. There was a mix-up with our booking but the receptionist really went above and beyond to acommodate us. Excellent service.

It was in a lovely setting but was quite a long walk into the city with no apparent public transport. Great on a bike or car. We enjoyed most of the dishes in the restaurant but the Bali chicken was unpleasant and the waiter did not listen when I told him the satai type sauce was bland and coagulated and showed no interest in the fact that I had not eaten any. Otherwis it was great and with a convenient area to eat with the dogs.

The Hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable and good value. The staff were friendly and helpful . The facilities were good and I enjoyed the pool. The hotel promotes its green credentials and we were impressed that they stood by these when they offered us directions on how to get to the town centre by bike or bus, The hotel is nicely located on the edge of the park, with easy access to the centre by bike, bus or car, and if you chose to travel by car there is plenty of parking at the hotel.

It wasn't that we didn't like it but the breakfast rate was a bit expensive. It looked like a good breakfast but if you are not in the habit of having a lot to eat at the start of the day it would have been nice to have a lighter, cheaper option

My husband had become very unwell in a nearby cafe we were on a bike tour .cycling to Hotel Mitland in 29c! The hotel staff could not have been kinder and more caring. 2 members of staff walked to the cafe 20 mins away and collected our bikes. We had to stay for3 extra nights, so he could recover . We could not have had a better room with a patio looking over a lake, a pool and gymn. Thank you so much .Lockable bike store with chargers too. Also they have 10 pin bowling centre.!

Everything went very well. This was our second time staying at the hotel. Staff are friendly, rooms are very clean and location is lovely.

Lots of echo in the hallway. We were woken at late hours by guests coming and going. The spa rules about wearing bathing suits are unfortunately not enforced and I found myself in an uncomfortable situation with several male guests. We were given conflicting information by two different staff about whether or not breakfast was included in our rate (it wasn't).

view from room was excellent and peacefull. staff were very friendly

the bed - it was two single beds squished together with nothing latching them together. every night my partner and I ended up separated by the beds drifting. it was uncomfortable and disappointing. for the pricepoint the least the hotel could do is get a removable latching system to keep the beds together if you really need that level of flexibility. otherwise I would recommend investing in fully connected double, queen and king size frames and mattresses. It would greatly improve our review.
