The friendly staff provided us with all the necessary information. The hotel is very well located on the beach and a few minutes walk from the city center. For people who love a real hotel atmosphere, with a beautiful reception, a lobby with lounges to relax, here it does not really exist. The reception is in the restaurant opposite, which is part of the property. The building is more of a residence. The rooms are quite spacious, a nice modern bathroom, but our junior suite didn't have a table or desk and no chair (!) , just a small sofa with a small coffee table. The breakfast was good, with enough choice of hot and cold dishes, but not exceptional. On our demand, the parking allowance in the street along the hotel was organized in advance by the friendly stuff at the reception and had to be payed separately, there was no parking problem in the area, but we were not there in high season. It was e nice trip in a good hotel.

The love to detail in the interior, a spaceous room that was not only spotless and absolutely clean came with such a great view, made my stay just as enjoyable as possible. Plus: the amazing, also very spaceous bathroom incl bath tub! :) From the moment I booked the stay, super friendly and fast support from the Boulevard 17 Team! Great choices in the breakfast buffet, and I also recommend visiting the restaurant besides the breakfast, great service and amazing quality in food and drinks! I cannot wait to come back one day :)

Nothing to mention, everything was just great

Perfectly located at the beautiful beach, clean, modern and sweetly decorated room, 10 mins walk to old town, rich and tasty breakfast buffet, very nice staff.

Ventilation pretty loud (from 6 am to 10 pm) and cold. Couldn't open windows. But understand this must be due to fire protection and safety reasons.

no climate control, only a fan. therefore really hot. starting your trip with a huge list of strict houserules doesn’t feel very nice. Maybe find another more welcoming way to share them

Ground floor of the suite, we were basically on the street and there was not so much privacy

The rooms are newly renovated and clean and the bed was good.

The level of service is minimal. It feels like you disturb the staff if you ask for something. It was not possible to get any extra pillows. We were celebrating a birthday and asked for an ice bucket to chill some bubbly but were told that this was not possible. They will not go any extra mile to make it a great experience or make you feel special. That being the case, we didn't consider it value for money. Also, take care if you book the room with sauna as it's an infrared sauna that doesn't heat up properly. The last night we ate in the restaurant where there were many mistakes made with our order, as a compensation they offered to give us the next bottle of water for free (odd gesture). However, when the bill finally arrived they had still charged it.
