After a stressful few weeks pulling up to Centennial Court was a dream—a lovely 2 bedroom room with everything we needed. And for an extra cost we could have our fur baby stress-free. The restaurant was everything I needed in my life. Perfectly cooked staek and all meals generous and delicious. The restaurant staff were just lovely and I was extremely content and relaxed there.

The outdoor courtyard could have used a tidy so that we didn't bring debris inside with us and we didn't understand the extra costs for beds used when I booked using booking.com stating the number of people we had.

Very clean and friendly staff. Room service was great. Shower pressure was amazing and felt so clean and refreshed after!

Rotten window frames and around shower box, something spilt on the wall too. I am happy for partial service for second night stays but typically they would make the bed and do the dishes (I did them they just needed to be put away). If I was staying one night, then rebooked a second night I would have had full service of the rooms. Again I don’t mind partial service but you should be discounting the secondary nights as well.

So warm (even though -6C outside!!) and clean. Had everything we needed. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and 2 supermarkets neighboring motel made it super easy to cook for ourselves. Great to be able to have our dogs with us. Set up for dogs was great with a back door that opened to court yard with grass patch out front. Motel very accommodating with allowing us a late check out when someone in our group was unwell. Staff super friendly!

Great location and easy walk into town with lots of food outlets close by. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. I didn't use the onsite restaurant but talking to a few people, evidently it is very good.

Small room next to the laundry with dryers going for most of the night and noise from upstairs room and stairway next to the room making it not the best value in town. All other accommodation was fully booked, not my usual preference in Alexandra but a good back up nonetheless.

Very friendly, easy checkin. They were very accommodating in terms of bike storage/security. Good parking system.

There seemed to only be one person covering front of house, cooking, and serving, for the breakfast room. She seemed somewhat overwhelmed, and was a little forgetful around details of our breakfast order. A second person to support her would have helped. She did make great coffee!

Location. Size of rooms. Facilities available on site. Beds very comfortable and warm. Value for money.

Sliding window next to front door would not click into inside catch so could be slid open from the outside. (Room 11). No covering at all (curtain/blind) on kitchen window. Shower water pressure not strong. Pricing structure of restaurant meals. Was initially interested in having a meal but when looking at menu, additional costs of sides and sauces would have put a standard meal between $45-50 per person. Chose not to eat there due to this cost.

We had a 2 bedroom and it was super spacious, kitchen had a full oven so cooking was easy. Right next door to the supermarket so very convenient. Plenty of room, table and chairs and lounge suite.

Not much really, I think giving a couple of the laundry sachets to each room instead of charging would be nice. Odd that you have to ask at reception to get a knife, have never encountered that before.

Good shower and comfy bed. Perfectly adequate as somewhere to sleep. The price was the best I could get in Alex.

Much smaller than I'd anticipated and the toilet cistern didn't fill with water, so I had to fill it myself. I was out all day cycling and too exhausted in the evening to complain at reception. The room compared poorly with my previous night's accommodation for exactly the same price.

central location

We had an upstairs room and the door had 2 panels of frosted glass in it. The top panel of glass had a cover over it. The lower panel didn't, so at night, light would shine through it which was annoying. We put the armchair in front of it, to help get rid of the brightness!

The friendly service was exceptional in both the front reception and the restaurant. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and all lovely smiles. The bed was super comfy and our room lovely and dark. We did ask for a different room and the lovely lady on reception was so helpful and our next rooms were exactly what we wanted. The on site restaurant was incredible and the food outstanding. Cocktail was perfect. Nothing about this place we didn't like and we will be back. Great location opposite new world and beside countdown!! We slept so well and the room was quiet in the night and dark in the morning excellent AAA Plus!!
