Suite was perfect for us. Close to Newmarket, CBD, Sylvia Park and Dressmart! Awesome central location.

Room was great. Amenities were great. Parking was great. Carpets were stained though which was a shame. Also a pity our balcony overlooked an empty discarded lot. Your landscaping was lovely.

Service staff are very friendly. The room is clean and neat; however as I stated in my additional comments, the heating is quite disappointing. Location is very good; walking distance to many restaurants and malls.

No clear instructions on how to heat the room. Also after finding the heaters, we realized that there are only two of them, out of which only one is effective and the other is weak in heating. Living area doesn't have a heater, so we had to move it around based on where were. In the night we had to move around the bigger heater from one room to the other to be comfortable. No front office reception at all; everything is self- check-in, check-out or any help. Not a soul available in the front office (non-existent). All communication is impersonal, via Booking.com app. No human touch at all. However, it was functional overall, so not many complaints.

Great location for public transport. Quiet at night and well appointed for a young family. Loved the washer and dryer in the apartment.

Carpet was dirty, as was the shower. However, the kitchen was very clean.

Apartment was exactly what we expected as the photos, great location, parking available and comfortable space for families!

Apparently, the change in date request, whilst acknowledged in emails and messages didn't get passed on to security staff and keys weren't left for us. It was a little after midnight driving in from WLG and with no means to get in, we were left to find alternatives. However, the manager responded to texts and calls from security and in 45 min or so made arrangements to personally come on site at that time of the night and organized us!

Second time staying there (long stay) never disappointed. Quiet, private, great for families, the facilities are the best. It was a dream family holiday away from home and we are so grateful. It's not a dislike .... we just werent used to the housekeeping taking place much later in the day . We tried to stay away from our room as long as we could so that we don't get in the way, but they were so patient lol otherwise, no complaints.

Main bedroom, bed is very firm, I loved it for my back injury king singles are a medium firmness, teens loved them. Amazing sun on the deck. TV, in ceiling aircon didn't look if there was a fan for bedroom) Comfortable furniture Friendly staff Definitely return

Not much Fridge makes a lot of vibration noises, which can be annoying. And advice (nothing to do with apartments) Being on a side road off a main road can be hard to turn into from gps directions. You are best to go up a block turn left and turn back around so you turn left into the road instead.

Great location to shops, restaurants, and cafes. It was really spacious, well furnished, and had everything supplied that we needed. Bonus that there were 2 bathrooms for the family of us staying. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable and didn't hear much traffic (slept very well). It's great that there was undercover on-site parking. The receptionist was very lovely and accommodating. Have told friends / family how great it was and will definitely stay again. Great value for money!

The fans didn't seem to be working very well in the bathrooms, so they got quite humid / condensation. But other than that, it was perfect.

Pretty clean. Very comfortable. Beds were comfortable for sleeping and rooting in.

The street does feel a little seedy and the instructions for getting to car park could be clearer as there were multiple people checking in the same time we did, and no one knew whether it was the first door or second door and with limit vehicle maneuvering space people got block in and tempers flared a bit. Also feel like the curtain for the door of the second bedroom should be on the inside of the door so that those inside the bedroom can control privacy, not on the outside so that anyone in the kitchen living area can remove any sense of privacy for whoever is in that bedroom.

The size of the room and the fact that it's a short walk to Newmarket. The apartment was a good size and the balcony looked down into a beautifully planted garden in the courtyard below. It faces into other apartments but also had a nice view of Mt Eden. Inside was spotless . It has everything we needed, our own full kitchen and laundry facilities. My husband has a bad back and in the absence of our own California King where he can spread out, we always book a twin or separate bedrooms. At The Edgerley the beds were very comfortable. Given its proximity to the motorway and to Newmarket, the place was surprisingly quiet. Secure on-site parking is available, another bonus in the city.

The drive up Edgerley Road was a mess and looked decidedly dodgy when we arrived. I wondered if we were in the right place til we got to the top of the road. It's not the motel's fault; the area is still under development. But I felt glad we didn't have to park in the street which was overgrown and strewn with broken bottles when we arrived.

Had a great stay here, location was perfect to catch the train for the All Blacks. The room was perfect for our needs, clean, tidy & warm. Secure off street parking was great with internal access to our vehicle when needed. 5 min walk to Westfield mall with plenty of options to eat out. Secure facility with keycard entry to side gates. Balcony had lovely gardens, felt like we were in the islands. Very quiet considering we were so close to the motorway. Would definately stay here again.

The bed's were comfy, but they are a bit short in height. The streets outside of Edgeley Suites were littered with rubbish & let down the beauty of this place. No restaurant on the premises, would have loved to dine in for breakfast instead of leaving the property.
