Friendly staff, well laid out rooms, clean, good beds and pillows, good value for money. We got upgraded to a larger room which was nice!

Shower was good but it was in the bath which might be a problem for someone with mobility issues. Not sure if all rooms are like that or just the larger ones, maybe check with reception if you have mobility issues. Curtains let a lot of light through, but I still slept fine, would be better if they were blockout. It’s a bit further away from the city centre than some other places, not far to drive but a bit of a walk, but if you just need basic supplies it’s not far from Riccarton mall.

A handy location at the top end of Riccarton Road, great to travel around the city to other areas without getting caught in traffic, All amenities at your finger tips in your room, great kitchen facilities, King Bed with attached bathroom.

Parking is a bit tight in some location within the confines of the Motel, so some acre is required when backing out, to avoid other vehicles.

I liked the king-size bed And the care and details ìn the presentation of the room.

Not something you can change but the outside light from the next door motel shone directly in my room all night. I thought I had accidently turned on an outside light until I figured it out. It didn't bother me too much but someone who is a light sleeper may find it hard.

extremely pleased with the high quality of service and the cleanliness of the establishment. Close to petrol station, countdown, only like a 5min drive to the mall. Would definitely use again if ever in christchurch :)

Unfortunately no ground floor or wheelchair access for larger rooms No milk given which was unusual Late checkout wasn't recorded so staff were surprised we were not leaving at 10. Sorted amicably though with no drama.

I liked that I was given an upgrade due to the locksmith still working on my room when I arrived. The motel manager was very personable and lovely to deal with.

There was no couch to sit on to watch TV - either you sit on the bed in the bedroom or just on a chair. The basin in the bathroom had nowhere to put a toilet bag - particularly annoying.

We stayed here for 10 nights whilst visiting family. Great location, clean room and great friendly staff. Good vakje for money. I had one minor issue when I got there and the lovely lady assisted me to fix the problem. The beds were very comfy too.

Locations perfect, rooms are all tidy and clean, comfortable bed, sky tv was great, great water pressure, woman at reception was lovely to deal with, we extended our stay by another night and came to find our room had been serviced and fresh towels THANKYOU!. Great stay we will definitely be staying again

The room was clean and comfortable. The host was really reassuring as the booking I made was for my daughter travelling along from Dunedin to Levin at the end of her university school year. They said they would make sure she got to her room safely and that she was ok. I really appreciated that.

There was our second visit to the motel on our tour of South Island . We stayed for 3 nights . Great room with separate second bedroom . Excellent bathroom and good cooking facilities. Super friendly staff . Good parking . Will definitely return .
