The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the extra blankets were appreciated. The glass doors and outdoor space were very good. The satellite tv with all the channels was excellent. Bathroom was a good size. Very good value. Close to a grocery store and some good restaurants but is a 30 minute walk to the downtown historic district. Would definently stay here again.

The wifi was okay. Could use updated couch.

We didn’t get our face cloths + kitchen cloth replaced when our room was serviced which we use a lot but that’s okay it wasn’t a big deal to us.

Location was good. King bed very comfortable and whole place very clean. Two bedrooms was a bonus as only expecting 1 bedroom and a bed in lounge. Friendly staff were very accommodating of our two vehicles on site. Thank you

Couldn't get sky tv box in bedroom to stop flashing a green light except by covering it with clothing. Unfortunately it woke me at 3am flashing before I did that.

Extremely friendly and helpful owner who went out of her way to offer assistance with a stressful problem I had with my next booking in Tekapo. Room exceeded expectations, spotless, large, quiet and comfortable. Easy to find with good parking. Great choice of tv if that is what you want to watch after the penguin show ! Good value for money.

The layout of my room was perfect. I very much appreciated the hand and body soap dispenser, the compostable shower cap and hair tie included. I generally always bring my own shower cap as a just in case, so it was great to have that provided. To have an ironing board and iron available in the room was another unexpected bonus. The overall cleanliness, layout and all the amenities were top notch.

Spacious, nicely decorated room with very well equipped kitchen plus dining and lounge areas and a comfortable bed. Bathroom fresh and clean. Although located conveniently on highway towards north of the town it was remarkably quiet because of double glazing. Staff friendly.

We received a phone call checking in to make sure we knew how to access the unit after hours which was appreciated. When we let ourselves in the heater had been left on for us so was lovely and cozy. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet and the shower was fantastic with amazing pressure and space. Will definitely stay again.

Nothing. Can't fault anything

The staff went out of their way to assist us with some logistics which helped a bit with completing a self-supported multi-day ride in the area. Even though the motel is located on the main highway, it's design (not being parallel to the highway) and double glazing mean that it is very quiet (Unfortunately other Motels I have stayed at in Oamaru don't fit that bill!!). Will definitely stay here again - Not the cheapest motel in town, but worth shelling out a few extra bucks for a great nights sleep. Thanks again to the helpful staff!!

Only wish restaurant order was open longer but apart from that no issues and owner was very helpful when had last minute change requests. Enjoyed the spa bath.

The hot spa is perfect, the decor is very stylish, the extra aircon and speaker were a bonus. I would recommend and go back again.

Wasn't much to dislike about this place. Except my company was disappointing lol. Buffet breakfast or a restaurant/bar would be perfect.
