Small walk to the main town centre so great for the ski season. The room was clean and had all required amenities for a comfortable living with both AC and heater and real plus was the bathroom also had floor heaters. The staff were all very friendly and were approachable if there was something I needed. Microwave available for use if needed and can ask for milk for tea/coffee.

Location-wise it's at the top of a hill so there is lots of uphill walking going back and forth to the town centre. Additionally there's only stairs in the lodging so be prepared to carry all your stuff if you're on the 2nd floor. The walls are not too sound proof so can sometimes hear my neighbours moving around and hear people on the streets at 2am on a weekend.

Location walking distance to Queenstown, room was clean and comfortable and warm, heated bathroom floor was great as the weather was cold at the time of our visit, probably the cleanest room that I have ever stayed in. Staff excellent very friendly and helpful able to check in as soon as we arrived, we were given a top floor room overlooking the park and mountain views, parking is great if you have a car however there are not so many spaces, we never had an issue, some people do not know how to share a parking space made it difficult for us to get into space. We would not hesitate to stay here again if ever in Queenstown. I would highly recommend.

This doesn't change the stay we had it is only a recommendation I would have like to see a double towel rail in the bathroom for your towels, hanging one behind a door is not the greatest for drying.

location was very central and you don't have to go up and down hills to get downtown. the room was also large and comfortable.

I could hear my neighbors and people in the parking lot very clearly. They hotel does state they have earplugs at the front desk, but we didn't know we'd need them until after the desk was closed. The parking situation is also odd. I recommend backing in the parking spots of possible as it's very tight

We had "un-serviced" apartment on second floor. "un-serviced" for us Americans means they do NOT cleaned room during your stay. EXACTLY what we were looking for. Place was huge, with washer/dryer stove refrigerator 2 balcony’s living area, bedroom with on-suit bathroom. Place has free underground parking which was the big seller for us being in heart of city. Parking is Very tight and will take a few twist and turns to get in and out however, it is Free Parking which were grateful. LOCATION is EXCELENT! Steps away from Queenstown Park. About a 15 min walk to the Queenstown Gondola(Very overrated Money Grab, do a 90 min Harbor cruse for $59 MUCH BETTER for views and experience ). About 5-8 min walk anywhere else in Queenstown. Place was quiet at night bed was comfy slept well. Highly recommend the "un-serviced" apartment no Idea about the other rooms this place offers.

Spacious room, comfy bed & couch, nice views of the gondola, separate toilet in the laundry room, heated towel rack & bathroom floor, the bathtub! We also stored our luggage at the lodge for a few days and the staff helped to place it in our room before check in.

No smart TV /chromecast, no full length mirror in the apartment, no aircon in the bedroom (although there is a standing fan in the closet & a radiator in the room). Bathtub had a screen that only covered half the tub so the floor got wet when we showered (a shower curtain would have been more ideal). Apartment was next to a street so we had to close the windows in the night as the traffic noise was too loud for us. All small issues, we would stay here again.

Location is great- cbd is within a few minutes of walk and we particular enjoy how close it is to the playground. All staff was super friendly, warm welcome and easy check out. Love the layout of the room and it is perfect for family. Room is super cosy and warm too. Would stay again.

It’s not the hotel’s fault but since it’s a wooden structure the soundproof is just not as good. We were next to a very loud room and could hear their late night talking until 11 o’clock everyday. What doesn’t help was our room is opposite to the stairs so we could hear every loud smashing of the door and unfortunately being a light sleeper I got woke up several times from opening and closing of the door.

Excellent location within 5 minutes pleasant walk downhill to town or the Queenstown Garden. The room had a great view, and the staff went out of their way to provide umbrellas when needed. There are only 13-14 rooms, and though fully booked, it was very quiet. Garage parking is available for maybe 5-6 vehicles, but there is adjacent free street parking also. No need to pay to park in the city.

There is no longer access to cook in the common guest kitchen; but one can use the microwave or toaster there. Also staff is not present after hours.

Excellent place to stay, will return when in Queenstown next time - big and modern rooms with a very good feel to them. Clean and comfortable with excellent facilities (including guest laundry and ski storage + on site parking). Location is very close to town, yet easily accessible by car. Staff was friendly and helpful (eg we arrived very early in the day and they let us check in early since the room was available).

The location is excellent for walking down to the city centre or gardens. It's surrounded by trees and there is a view sideways to mountains. Large bed was very comfortable. We were able to make our own breakfast in the communal kitchen and eat it there. The staff were very helpful.

The shower splashed all over the bathroom floor because there was no screen or curtain in front of it. There was noise from the corridor at times.

Location excellent- just a short stroll downhill to centre of town and beautiful public gardens. Room spacious, heated bathroom floor. Bed very comfortable. Guest laundry on site cheap and efficient. Undercover access to car park. Staff helpful on arrival.

No view at all from room- ours was virtually below ground at back of property, even after climbing stairs from car. No lift. Only toaster/ plates/kitchen equipment was in a public room at front available through the day.
