Very clean amenities. Enough toilets and shower. Very friendly and accomodating receptionists and staff.

Kitchen utensils and plates not that accesible in the kitchen. We thought there’s none as we can’t find some. Didn’t get the chance to ask. Might need at least 2 receptionist/staff in the front desk as our hot pool time was reduced as we were not entertained straight away to have the pool opened.

The location was really good! Also the kitchen/dining was awesome, couldnt expect more all in one place 💯

Everything was really great! Maybe could put some signs by the front of toilets that no kids allowed to hide inside the toilets when playing hide and seek. I spent 30 minutes or more waiting for the toilets to be free because there was a kid there hiding inside as they play hide in seek. 😅

Really liked the individual huts for our room The bathrooms were big with lots of space in the showers, and heated too which is a rarity. Short bus ride into town :)

The kitchen is nice but you have to pay to use any cooking equipment, crockery or utensils. We arrived after office hours and could not access any. Washing facilities were expensive ($6 for one cycle which is a lot more than most hostels)

Amenities, kitchen, facilities were all great. Rooms are comfy.

The cabin rooms are a bit close together so you can hear people next door and the cars get parked in front so people tend to make a lot of noise early and wake you. We chose the standard cabins but the self contained cabins are in a better spot which is quieter. If you book through their website it's much cheaper too.

The location was so beautiful, in the middle of the valley with snow-capped mountains around. The cottage was lovely and spacy, the staff was friendly and helpful.

You have to rent kitchen utensils - at a small cost (5$ per day). If you cook everyday, that's fine - but if you just need a mug for a coffee/tea, it is not convenient. Personally, I don't mind paying 1-2$ more for all those things to be included in the accommodation costs. I think this is something Top10 should consider changing, like what YHA and Lake Edge have been doing.

The overall room was really good. The heated blankets made all the difference and the mini kitchen was good too

Would have been nice to have a mini salt and pepper shaker for the kitchen as we ran out pretty quickly. Had a white tail at one point but otherwise was great hahaha.

Self contained cabin was clean and convenient. Facilities were all clean, good playground. Very quiet at night and spectacular views from park. 5-10min walk to a couple of restuarants and bar. Highly recommend Cargo at Gantleys for food. Free town shuttle. So much to do in Queenstown!

15mins out of Queenstown but worth it for the peace and quiet. The park does offer free town shuttle.

Very clean and warm cabin with everything you needed. Bus at the door was great as was the free shuttle to get to town. It was a 5 min walk to the Shotover Jet and 15 min walk to the Onsens and tavern.

A shelf in the cabins for suitcases would have been handy.

what I like: beautiful natural surroundings, helpful drying room to dry wet sport gear, nice warm shower and spacious bathroom, comfy bed. Helpful lady at reception who helped us out with some change as we didn’t have cash on us (only cards) for the bus to town.

Out of the way so not easy to commute without a vehicle especially at the moment as the town bus doesn’t come by very frequently and the park shuttle’s window doesn’t fit schedule of early start and late finish activities (which was our case as we came down only to do the Milford track). Not being able to book the spa was disappointing as this was a strong point in our decision to stay there. It was fully booked when we arrived the first day and already close when we arrived the second day after our hike (the spa closes at 7:15pm). We booked month ago and would have loved to book it then if we could have.

Comfy bed in a well heated cabin. The toilet and shower areas were clean (and heated!!), this really helped the stay to be enjoyable. Free shuttles to and from Queenstown were great (check timetable and prebook).

Not very central but you get the views, nature and the free shuttle solves this issue. Not very soundproof cabins but what do you expect camping?
