We were really happy with this apartment. It was easy to gain access. It was centrally located close to the train station and royal palace and just a short walk to the centre. It was spacious and spotless. Would heartily recommend. Thank you!

The breakfast did not arrive our first day, so we had to get up and out earlier than planned to avoid cranky hungry kids. I enquired about the need to pre-book and we received an immediate response that it should have arrived and it would be looked into. It was delivered the other two days and it was absolutely delicious but perhaps not the most child-friendly. A croissant, some fresh juice, a hummus and salad sandwich and a pear each. The children were happy with the croissant, but the sandwiches were not to their taste. (Nicest sandwich I've ever had though, so I was happy to trade my croissant!)

Decent size apartment for family of 4 for short stay. Good location and within walking distance to city center. Quite place to rest Grocery shop around the corner.

Bathroom Door was not lockable from inside as the key was missing. Study bedroom door cannot be closed because the door latch was missing. Was not able to adjust the heating because there was no english option. Therewas no option to chromecast on TV There is no light in kitchen

Location was super good. The place was spotless. Good size for 4 people

flat has less than essential cooking utensils. This lack of cooking items made cooking really uncomfortable and not pactical at all. In addition they gave just enough coffee filters for each day, i.e. only 1 per day plus just only an extra one. I know that sometiems people can waste items, but to give double of triple the amount of coffee filters would not cause a lost in resources from the property.

It was our first time in Oslo and how lucky we were to pick up this nice place to stay! First of all - the location is absolutely perfect, 5 minutes and you are at Aker Brygge. So you are close enough to embarkment with restaurants, shops and busy life and at the same time living in a very quiet area - perfect. Second one - beautiful, stylish building you are staying in. For terrace lovers I would definitely recommend to book high floor with a front street view because of the option to have really cool breakfast at a terrace with the see view (it is not too close but still). Our apartments was small but very well equipped. Would be really happy to stay again!

Some really minor things: found just one washing capsule (probably from previous guests, leave it there for the next ones :) ), we were a bit struggling with dish washer, could be nice to have some "how to use" tips. There was a beautiful terrace at our apartment, but it was on the back side with not so much sun light.

Very large and well equipped apartment. Modern interiors with intelligent use of space, three balconies and windows securing plenty of light. We were positively impressed. The bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfy and it was super silent at night. The location is strategic too, a few meters away from the bus stop, the metro station (with fast access to the express train to reach the airport). Also very close to Anker bridge and to the national museum. The kitchen is well refurbished with dishes, glasses etc., a large freeze and a nice table with plenty of seats.

Although I prepaid via booking.com the day before, the check-in machine consistently asked me to repay. I solved this by calling the help service. This delayed our check-in. Also, the key of one of the door windows was broken and, as a result, the window did not lock and was accessible from the nearby apartment located on the same floor (from the other apartment terrace). This lack of security did not lead to any serious problem,, but we told the agency - I hope it will be fixed soon. The property is managed remotely, so there is no personnel at the building to provide assistance. Check-in and all the rest is automated via machines in the building and instructions received via email and via booking. This is perfect if all works good, but is not the best if problems arise

The location is fantastic, making it easy to get around while still being in a quiet area. The studio is beautifully furnished with modern decor, creating a cozy and comfortable space. For the price, it offers excellent value and a perfect balance of style and affordability. Highly recommended!

self-check-in process was a bit tricky and could be simplified.

It was great to go with peace of mind knowing that there was an attended reception 24 hours. It was easy to follow instructions for check-in. The check-in terminal was in English and it was very clear. The entrance was welcoming and it was in the center, next to a tram stop - literally 100 meters away. The area is quiet as there is no traffic allowed other than taxis or delivery vehicles. It is in an old neighborhood on the west side of Oslo but near enough to walk into town if one is up for it. The apartment is delicately yet practically furnished. There is everything you need for one person and you truly get this feeling of being at home (away from home).

The breakfast was not up to standard. A little saché with powdered Nescafe and two envelopes of creamer for a working person is not ideal. Perhaps have a coffee machine as part of the amenities? There is a filtered coffee maker but let's face it, who in their right mind who is going on a working visit would be traveling with coffee filters and coffee to make? Shops do not sell small filter coffee packets so it would have been wasteful to have to buy them.

Location was too and within 100m to a tram. A Joker supermarket is located right across the street as well. It was very quiet which we appreciated very much. It’s a cozy place and having a nice breakfast delivered to our door was nice as well.

The bed was a bit small for us, and the instant coffee that came with our breakfast order was not great.

Great location close to the harbour area, Munch Museum, Opera House, shops and bars etc. Station is 30.minutes walk. There are no staff on site with self serve check in, but was able to contact staff for help effectively. Good shower and kitchen facilities (although a toaster would have been good).

Bedroom was a little cramped but this doesn't matter so much!

The location was very good. The bedroom and storage were good and the kitchen well equipped. The main bed was comfy and we were able to relax after a day out in the snow.

It wasn’t two bedrooms as the pull out bed meant the door couldn’t shut so the bedroom came into the lounge. I kept getting pestered as if I was a no show even though we were in the apartment and gave them evidence of check in confirmation - an issue when no-one to speak to face to face. Also maintenance man turning up early morning wasn’t appreciated when we were still in bed!! Shame as the actual facility was just what we wanted and in the main worked out.
