A unique hotel. We spent 5 wonderful days at this hotel at the end of our stay in Oman. The hotel is beautifully decorated, extremely clean. The staff is helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. The food is definitely the best, every breakfast, lunch and dinner was wonderful. The hotel has a beautiful garden, a swimming pool and a beach. The unique thing is that not many people use the pool and beach and practically for 5 days we had them all to ourselves. Great stay and if we are next time in Oman, we will definitely come back.

Hotel came across very much focused on those staying for work with food prices in particular very high compared to other places. Attitude of staff was also more akin to dealing with business and quite brusque so while the facilities were good some aspects eg charges for tennis, food, staff not making us feel as welcome etc made the experience less enjoyable

Very luxurious for the price , best place hotel or otherwise in the town of duqm. Great service , staff was there for every need a screen some . Kamel was especially helpful as was Musum, the food by Ali was gourmet, we are not buffet people , but was next level.

Could not really swim at beach , and was lots of plastic on , maybe the time of the year ? Other it was perfect

Wonderful property well maintained. Amazing sea view rooms. The staff was super helpful thanks again to mister Sabin K. Loved the breakfast. They have a cool pool .

We had a small isssue with room service, the chicken breast was not up to our standards but they handled the feedback very well.

room was gud, spacious, clean having every utility in the room. had my breakfast and dinner in the hotel, met Chef Sumit, amazing person, gud in hospitality, went for evening walk on the beach, lovely scenic beach, cool climate in the evening. loved everything

This was our second stay and I was delighted to see that the hotel had stayed the same, even better. Magnificent service and such great facilities. It’s like an oasis in the middle of the desert.

It was exactly what we needed in the middle of nowhere on our way to Salalah. Peaceful hotel, one can tell its mostly for the foreigners working in Duqm. Duqm is not much of a touristy city but the hotel was top notch for anyone looking for western standards of service (and they have beer :))

This hotel is gorgeous. It's spotless and filled with cozy furnishings to make you feel at home. The hotel is kept up nicely. Our time at the Crowne Plaza Duqm was excellent. Please do not forget to get the IHG membership at the front desk. This membership will offer you a number of discounts. The front desk staff was very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Special thanks goes to Ishara, Saroj, Lucky, Abdul Rehman, Basudeb, Vijay, Malvika, Bajan, and all the restaurant staff. All of them take extra steps to ensure that our stay is comfortable. The bed was quite cozy. The space was really large and well-kept. The lavish breakfast and dinner buffet was served. I want to thank everyone. We highly recommend this hotel for those who are visiting Salalah to stop by and enjoy this experience.

It's rather cut off from everything. Duqm is a port and industrial area, so I guess it can't be helped. It was a super pit stop for us driving from Salalah to Wahiba Sands

Real luxury experience!! It is a very new hotel and the rooms are really nice - big, modern, clean. Breakfast had multiple options and was really delicious. We also enjoyed the pool and found the staff very friendly.

For the price, we were a little disappointed by the dinner.
