It was a good place to stay 1 night coming from the airport from the airport it's about 10 min bus ride there One of the cheapest hotels in muscat and to be honest for 10 omr it was good of course the building and it's rooms aren't the newest but staff was ok the wi Fi worked bathroom was ok hot water was working the air conditioning was working room had a mini fridge and tv The perfect place if you come from the airport or you just have like me a 1 day transfer and need to get back to the airport the next day There's also a big shopping center with a big supermarket just about 3/4 min walk from there

The location on goggle map was wrong the hotel is about 200 m away from where it send me on the main street they tried to fix this problem already I think but when I pressed on the provided location here on the booking app it still send me to another steet nearby My tip is search the hotel name direct in goggle map then I found the correct address

Stayed here with family for 3 nights. Reasonably good place. Have big hall. We booked on bedroom apartment. It had two washroom (1attached). Staff are very friendly and helpful. We got extra mattress and couple of blankets as well without any additional charge. Sultan Kuboos mosque is near (5-7 mins drive). In the surrounding, you will find enough restaurants, food shops, mini markets, shopping centers. Adjoin to the property, a turkish restaurant is there.

Next to the property a construction was going on. So this was a bit of a disturbing. No cutleries or utensils were found in kitchen. A Kettle and a gas stove were there but not working

Clean bathroom and the location is easy to access. Moreover, the staff are very good at assisting the guests.

The Water close set cover is loose and needs to fit it properly. There is a kitchen attached with the apartment room, but the kettle for preparing hot water and complementary accessories are not available. Otherwise the facilities are OK.

It’s decent accommodation with cooking option. Lift works fine, AC in all rooms are good. Utensils weren’t there much but it was given upon request. Staffs are helpful. The hyper market near hotel has almost everything including forex exchange, they charge market value at additional commission cost. Ample parking place and Turkish restaurant next door.

Wear n tear is visible, shower in bathroom space small so water spills out

Centrally located, spacious apartments with 2 toilets. Big spacious kitchen. helpful staff, open air parking available in front of the building. Reasonably priced

We had issue with the water sewage line in laundry room and were not able to use the washing room. However, issue was resolved and washing area was provided in the other apartment which wasn’t convenient. 2nd floor corridors had strong cigarette smell which can be felt in the apartment as well.

It depends on which room you get. We came here for the third time within 2 weeks. I liked this room better than the first room a week ago, and better than last one. The bathroom had a bathtub, so the shower didn't splash everything. The bathroom fittings were new. Spacious room with a table and two armchairs. It is located in the outer part of the city, close to the airport. Nearby, within walking distance, there are many cheap restaurants and a large supermarket. Good and free parking. We could stay in the room for free until 5 p.m., so we could take a shower before leaving for the airport. They helped me call a taxi at the reception. We didn't have any special needs, but whatever we asked at the reception they were very helpful. Very good value for money!

The bathroom equipment is a bit worn.

The location is good with a couple of restaurants nearby and easy access to the highway. Good value for money. We booked 3 rooms and the hotel staff gave us adjacent rooms.

There is nothing much provided in the room until specifically requested to the staff. WiFi was not working, and staff were not able to attend it. However, they were helpful.

Actually They didnt have buffet or self serving for breakfast so i think for breakfast it was not that good , but still they tried there best to give good service in room. prefer to have buffet breakfast.

Room was excellent, Staff was very good, Room service and room staff was very very nice and friendly.

The hotel was located in a very nice place, close to the supermarket and restaurants. The staff was exceptional, both friendly and professional. The cleaning was done every day.

The key cards would sometimes not work and would require change.
